This is without a doubt my all-time favorite SCAM move by Peace Arch the makers of the nightmare being produced called Chapter 27. As many of my regular readers are well aware, Chapter 27 is the upcoming film starring Lindsey Lohan and Jared Leto which is designed to derive a profit from the act of an animal. Humanizing a murderer, while he is eligible for parole.
