Now the latest victim, Gary Howsam, the CEO of Peace Arch Entertainment, the company responsible for Chapter 27 has been all but fires as he is under federal investigation for questionable transactions. Peace Archs stock fell from almost $3 a share to $2 a share in 2 days.
