Welcome and Thanks comingsoon.net for inviting people to Boycott Chapter 27

If this is your first visit (we always appreciate our return visitors and supporters), thanks for taking a moment to visit us at Boycott Chapter 27.org. More likely than not you have found us from the recent mention on ComingSoon.net.
We know your busy, so just to quickly summarize our position hoping that you will bookmark our page and return when you have a little more time.
Ever driven in your car, listening to the news, hearing an unfortunate story about a young soldier killed in combat...you get a sad feeling in your stomach (even if you somehow believe that our president is not out of control), than you change the station, traffic opens up and Imagine by John Lennon comes on the radio. Does it give you a little bit of hope, make you feel just a little better?
Who knows what John Lennon could have achieved had he been given the time to live out his life, rather than it being taken from him (and us), by a psychopath, looking for fame...living out an insane fantasy.
Now, Peace Arch Entertainment has decided to finance and attempt to distribute a film thinking only about the profit they stand to make, never thinking for a moment that they are fulfilling the fantasy of the animal that killed John Lennon. Denying his closest family and friends request of not giving the killer the fame he desires, as he sits fed and sheltered.
Peace Arch Entertainment has gone so far as to hire both Lindsey Lohan and Jared Leto to attract a younger crowd of movie goers, teenagers with no idea of how this action of a madman effected so many around the world.

Now this is a completely different Chapter 27...but damn..the Death Penalty!!
A local family of four and a Malaysian man was apprehended under the suspicion of being involved in Misuse of Drugs activities in a drug bust at a house in Kg Rimba that was executed yesterday by personnel from the Operation Unit of the Narcotics Control Bureau.
The raid was part of the bureau's undying efforts to curb and eradicate misuse of drugs activities in the country.
Four packets of drugs believed to be Methylamphetamine or `Syabu' were also found at the house.
The raiding party from the bureau's headquarters in Tungku, Gadong carried out the operation at about 1.36pm.
During a further search inside the house, enforcement personnel found and confiscated a total of B$3,105 and two Singapore dollars in cash as well as utensils believed to have been used for the consumption of drugs.
The local Malay family - a 47-year-old man, his 26-year-old wife along with his 26-year-old son and 25-year-old daughter - as well as the daughter's 22year-old Malaysian boyfriend were apprehended and brought to the bureau where they are remanded for further investigation.
In Brunei, the Misuse of Drugs Act Chapter 27 stipulates that anyone having in his or her possession more than 50grammes of `Syabu' is liable to the death penalty. The NCB reminded the public that anyone involved in misuse of drugs activities could face prosecution and be sentenced according to respective offences. Anyone found in possession of controlled drugs for the purpose of trafficking is also liable, if found guilty, to the death penalty.
The NCB advises the public to report on information regarding misuse of drugs activities by calling 2448877 during office hours and 8777444 at all other times. The bureau can also be reached by email to ncb@brunet.bn. Any information provided will be treated in strict confidence.
