Latest efforts by Peace Arch Entertainment to push forward on Chapter 27

As you will notice in the latest hyped press release by Peace Arch there is no talk of the disaster known as "Chapter 27", my friends it would appear we have won our fight. Although Peace Arch did show this Lindsey Lohan and Jared Leto film at both Sundance and limited over-seas theatres, it has become apparent that it will not be released in the United States. At the end of the day, there will be absolutely no profit for the company that attempted to give John Lennons the killer the additional fame he desires from his prison cell.

Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX: PAE) (TSX: PAE), an integrated global entertainment company creating critically acclaimed television, film and DVD content for worldwide distribution, has announced that the Company's television lifestyle programming division, The Eyes Project Development Corp., has concluded a record setting production schedule with 47 new television episodes and three new pilots during the Company's fiscal year ending September 1, 2007. The productions will broadcast on such outlets as the National Geographic Channel, CBC, TLC and Bravo.

Peace Arch continues to execute on its high-growth business model focused on producing an increasing volume of highly commercial film and television content while mitigating risk through the utilization of certain financing strategies such Canadian tax credits and non-recourse bank financing.

"The Eyes continues to produce high-quality, low-cost content that enables Peace Arch to provide reliable cash flow and profitability," said John Flock, President of Peace Arch Entertainment. "The division's commitment to innovation, quality and production efficiency has yielded terrific results for Peace Arch. We congratulate our colleague Blair Reekie on the outstanding performance of his division and we are confident that The Eyes will continue to produce television programming at a record setting pace in fiscal 2008 which will provide the Company with attendant revenues and earnings."

The Eyes is a full service production and post production company based in Vancouver that is widely recognized for reality entertainment formats that include weight loss programs and home makeovers. The Company also produces sponsored programming and provides post production services to networks and independent producers.

In fiscal 2007, The Eyes' production schedule included episodes for the series "Makeover Wish," "Bulging Brides," "Last 10 Pounds Boot Camp" and "Air Dogs." Other original programs include "Animal Miracles" (ANIMAL PLANET), "Alien Abduction" (UPN), "Rights of Passage" (TLC), "Raven in the Sun" (CBC), "Campus Vets" (National Geographic Channel) and "Love it or Lose it!" (HGTV). The company earned a 2007 Western Regional Emmy® Award for its series "Heroines" broadcast on BRAVO.

"The Last 10 Pounds Boot Camp" is a format that propels women through an intense fitness and nutrition regimen that dramatically resizes them in record time. Motivated by a special event (an upcoming wedding, anniversary, vacation) participants strive to transform themselves physically and mentally in just four weeks. "The Last 10 Pounds Boot Camp" is already on its second season, which is due to begin broadcasting later this month.

"Bulging Brides" is a new and riveting comical format that is due to launch in January 2008 on the Slice Network. It is a brash take on weight loss, as the show depicts various scenarios on how to get a 'bride to be' into her undersized wedding dress. A 'Dream Team' of fitness trainers and nutritionists identify the bride's physical problem zones, the challenges she faces with her wedding dress and how to establish her goals by working with the bride over a six-week period in order to meet her target weight.

"Love It or Lose It" is the latest part design, part game show from Peace Arch Television. Currently airing on HGTV, Canada alongside other popular British design shows, "Love It or Lose It" is a fun-filled interior design series that gives homeowners the opportunity to offer up a room in their home for a big budget makeover. It ends with the ultimate choice -- love It and keep the new room or lose It, forcing the designer to tear down their masterpiece.

"Makeover Wish" is a feel good format that follows a $25,000 makeover dream come true for very deserving people. Nominated by friends and family for this special and once in a life time opportunity, homeowners will receive the chance to have a fantastic makeover for the whole family, for one person, or just one room.

Where's Chapter 27 is this press release!!!!!! Leto and Lohan your fame wasn't worth crap in selling this disaster against humanity!!!!

NAMESAKEDOMAINS.COM

Besides leaving the hospital with a birth certificate and a clean bill of health, baby Mila Belle Howells got something she won't likely use herself for several years: her very own Internet domain name.

Likewise, newborn Bennett Pankow joined his four older siblings in getting his own Internet moniker. Before naming his child, Mark Pankow checked to make sure "BennettPankow.com" hadn't already been claimed.

"One of the criteria was, if we liked the name, the domain had to be available," Pankow said. It was, and Pankow quickly grabbed Bennett's online identity.A small but growing number of parents are getting domain names for their young kids, long before they can even peck at a keyboard.

The practice is no longer limited to parents in Web design or information technology.

They worry that the name of choice might not be available when their babies get older, just as someone claimed the ".com" for Britney Spears' 11-month-old son before she could.

The trend hints at the potential importance of domain names in establishing one's future digital identity.

Think of how much a typical teen's online life now revolves around Facebook or News Corp.'s MySpace. Imagine if one day the domain could take you directly to those social-networking profiles, blogs, photo albums and more.

"It is the starting point for your online identity," said Warren Adelman, president of registration company Go Daddy.com, which sells basic domain-name packages for about $9 a year. "We do believe the domain name is the foundation upon which all the other Internet services are based."

Hundreds of companies sell domain names with suffixes such as ".com," ".org" and ".info," which individuals can then link to personal Web sites and e-mail accounts. Parents visit one of those companies' Web sites, search for the name they want and, if it is unclaimed, buy it with a credit card.

There is no guarantee domain names will have as central a role in online identity. After all, with search engines getting smarter, Internet users can simply type the name of a person into Google.

"Given the pace of change on the Internet, it strikes me as a pretty impressive leap of faith that we're going to use exactly the same system and the same tools . . . 15 to 20 years from today," said Peter Grunwald of Grunwald Associates, which researches kids and technology.

Still, even if the effort is for naught, $9 a year is cheap compared with the cost of diapers and college tuition.

Besides providing an easily remembered Web address, the domain name makes possible e-mail addresses without awkward numbers -- as in "JohnSmith24," because 23 other John Smiths had beaten your child to Google's Gmail service.

Parents not ready to commit or knowledgeable enough on how to buy a domain, though, are at least trying their luck with Microsoft Corp.'s Hotmail or Gmail.

Melissa Coleman of Springfield, Mass., grabbed Hotmail addresses for her two kids. She said the kids' grandparents occasionally send e-greeting cards to those accounts, and she sends thank-you notes for gifts in her child's voice.

"I think it's great that it's so loud and that it came with an actual WORKING MICROPHONE . . . and I'm not sure what 'annoying' means, but I'm sure it means that Mommy loves it too!!!!" read one message to Grandpa.

She said she logs in at least once every month to keep the accounts active.

Tony Howells, a business consultant in Salt Lake City, got a Gmail address along with the domain name for his daughter, thinking people would enjoy seeing "an e-mail address pop up for an 8-month-old who is obviously not equipped to use it."

Although some parents have yet to use the domain names they have bought, others send visitors to baby photos, blogs and other sites. Domain name owners have a variety of options to have their personal sites hosted, typically for free or less than $10 a month. They include baby-geared services such as TotSites.com and Baby HomePages.net.

Theresa Pinder, a physician's assistant in Phoenix, received a domain name as a Christmas gift from her son's godparents and gives it out to friends and family.

There are downsides to all this, though: An easy-to-remember domain also makes a child easier for strangers to find. Chances are one only needs to know a child's name and add ".com."

Pankow, a database administrator in Phoenix, said that was one concern keeping him from using the domains he bought for his kids.

"I'd want to research and try to figure out how easy it is to find out what school she goes to and where she lives" based on the Web site and domain name, Pankow said.

GoDaddy and many other registration companies offer proxy services that let domain-name buyers register anonymously. Otherwise, the person's name, address and other contact information are publicly searchable.

The curse of Chapter 27 continues

As stated in numerous previous posts, the CURSE OF CHAPTER 27 continues. From Leto's Gout to Lohans latest arrest, when will they realize theat "INSTANT KARMAS GONNA GET YA"

Lindsay Lohan was arrested early Saturday morning after driving drunk and crashing her car, according to police reports, and the cops found what they believe to be cocaine in the troubled actress' car. The sordid history of problems with Lindsay Lohan only seems to be getting worse as time goes on. Lindsay Lohan has been in and out of rehab at least once already, has admitted to being in AA, and she's not even 21 yet. According to witnesses, the Georgia Rule star was driving on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood at about 5:30am on Saturday morning when her Mercedes convertible jumped a curb and flew into a set of trees. According to ABC News, Lindsay Lohan jumped out of the car and ran into a nearby house. A photographer who was following her named Perry Farinola told ABC, "I quickly got out of my car and said, 'Lindsay are you ok?' and she didn't really respond, she was moving fast." Farinola reported that Lindsay Lohan then got into another car and that he didn't believe that she had been drinking that night.

The police didn't agree with the assessment of the paparazzi and charged Lindsay Lohan with drunk driving. Lt. Mitch McCann of the Beverly Hills Police Department told the press on Saturday, "Officers tracked Miss Lohan to the local hospital where she ultimately was placed under arrest for ... driving under the influence." Lindsay Lohan left the scene of the crime and ended up at an L.A. hospital, where she was arrested. Doctors treated Lindsay Lohan for minor injuries at the hospital.

Meanwhile, the police were impounding the car driven that night by Lindsay Lohan and they found something pretty incriminating. According to McCann, "It was a usable amount of illegal narcotics that was preliminarily identified as cocaine."

According to ABC News, this weekend's incident marks the third car accident for Lindsay Lohan in the last two years. The arraignment for Ms. Lohan will be on August 24th and the police have said that Lindsay could face additional charges. ABC spoke to Ronald Richards, a Beverly Hills attorney, who believes that Lindsay Lohan could face a similar fate to fellow celebrity icon Paris Hilton and actually do time - "It is a very serious misdemeanor on the panaloply of misdemeanors, and then you have the DUI. She could be looking at a lot of classes and a lot of community service."

Lindsay Lohan is a member of Alcoholics Anonymous, even though she's not legally old enough to drink yet. That date will come on July 2nd. After the most recent Golden Globe Awards, Lindsay Lohan went on a drinking binge and ended up in the Wonderland rehab centre. And now Svedka is sponsoring her birthday party. AA and Wonderland might have a thing or two to say about that. Mother Dina Lohan recently confirmed that Lindsay Lohan is still attending AA.

Lindsay Lohan will next be seen I Know Who Killed Me and Chapter 27 and, for now, you can still catch Georgia Rule in theaters. The 20-year-old Lohan, most recently named the hottest woman in the world by Maxim, can also be caught on DVD in The Parent Trap, Freaky Friday, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, Mean Girls, Herbie Fully Loaded, A Prairie Home Companion, Just My Luck, and Bobby.

JOHN LENNON

Thoughts on John Lennon, a man, an extraordinary being of true self, worth, and happiness. John Lennon, a man of substance, a man of that could testify the bounds of human thoughts and emotion, a man that goes down as a legend not only as a rock star but also as a man of political stance from an artists point of view. He was a poet of beautiful lyrics, supplemental songs, songs of emotion and self worth. John Lennon was a type of person that will only come around for decades to come! John Lennon was a leader of success.

Success for John Lennon started at an early age defining what family actually stood for. This article however, is not about his family, his music, or his lifestyle. This article is about John Lennon the man!

John Lennon began a world known historical revolution with the band "The Beatles" sweeping youngsters off of there feet and changing the way music is heard in todays music nation. John Lennon had an amazing voice and played instruments with amazing dedication and heart. He, at an early age with the Beatles was about rebellion, of which later in his career would follow him to the grave only to be killed by a person looking for fame and stardom only to be banished by the world.

John Lennon lived a life that only those would dream about living, about getting there voice heard, recognized, and heard again. He used his music to speak to a mass of individuals in a political sense and believed in his music and his thoughts so much, that people would relate to him as a man of nurture as a part of nature.

John Lennon would walk the bounds of politics to challenge the way society relates to the everyday situation. His beliefs were so strong to him that he did not mind a good challenge. He did not care what people thought of him. He was a man of substance and he knew it!

Although, John was not a political voice in his time here, he was political and was perceived political in the voice he was sending through his music. His music only to be world known and followed since he was a member of one of the greatest bands to set forth on this earth. Politics, followed John, which in turn John followed politics since he did walk the line on a few occasions with the law.

The Vietnam War was a time of political turmoil in the United States with corrupt leaders leading our way to the life of liberty and happiness or so it is called. The Vietnam War was the most disputed war in American history and culture. It brought forth a decade of the flower era, the time of hippies, a time of piece, a time of political opinion. This political opinion is what brought John Lennon, the man, into the sullen eyes of reality.

John Lennon used his voice through his music, and Yoko Ono, his wife at the time of this great American conflict between the corrupt leaders and the wave of political activists during this decade of blood shed and war. John, which was never a big political voice and never saw himself as a political figure, took a stand through his education and his music that he sung. "Give Peace a Chance" started a revolution on a world re known aspect of political sense and well being to human civilization. By this, he was launched into the American political scene due to being a foreigner and degrading the American way of life by singing about peace. This is crazy, are we Americans that bad in a sense to want to kill?

John Lennon spoke his voice along with other activist during the time of the war in the late 60's. All John ever wanted in life was to be in a rock-n-roll band. The Nixon administration changed John in a way in which John feared for his life. The Nixon Administration was scared and feared a man of cultural background and music, for John had the world behind him. His music was a major influence in societies younger generations. During the Nixon administration, the law was passed to let 18 to 21 year olds vote for the first time in American history. Is this why the government went after John? The answer is yes. The Leaders of our great nation started tapping John Lennon's phone, and the FBI would follow him to the grocery store or any routine thing that John would do. John was not hiding though, he was scared for his life in a sense for the government had an eye on him and he knew it.

John Lennon spoke through his music and people listened. Music at the time was very political and John was in the middle. John sang the song "Give Piece a Chance" to open the eyes of a natural human soul and to ask themselves why are we killing another to gain something. He was actually speaking for the world since he felt he was in that position to do so.

The government came down on John any way that the government could. The were trying to get him deported. The government felt that he was a nuisance to the American way of life. This is not true, John was trying to instill in the common American "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness" without killing a merciful soul of existence. He was shedding a thought deep from his mind that one way to do something isn't always the way to do something! Take a chance! Be Yourself! Live a Life of Happiness!

John Lennon will always have his voice heard even in this day and age. I am sad today, for he was shot by another human for his own thoughts and his ideas he expressed to a mass population, knowingly that he would be criticized. I have to live among people like this in todays society, it is cruel.

John Lennon you have my prayers!

Review of Chapter 27, just after Sundance

Rav starts talking about his love, Lindsay Lohan and CHAPTER 27 in Sundance!

Heya Guys,

So last night I watched one of the most buzzed about films here at Sundance, Chapter 27, it wasn’t buzzed because anyone had seen it, all the jibber-jabber was focused on Jared Leto/Lindsay Lohan starfucking and/or the move by a group of beatles fans to picket and boycott the film because it brings a sympathetic eye to MDC, the man who killed John Lennon.

Chapter 27 – Written and Directed by JP Schaffer

I originally took a stab at writing a review of this last night, but I trashed that after two tries, because very little happens for most of this movie in those reviews I merely tried giving a full-on scene-by-scene description of the entire movie. You can’t spoil a movie where nothing happens for 2 hours culminating with a forty-second assassination scene. But that was a big mistake, because every scene of the film of the film is so mundane that reading a list of them is about as interesting as reading a stranger’s grocery list. If anyone is still interested in knowing more about the movie after reading this review, I can email you one of those other too detailed reviews by request.

Except for about a minute of documentary footage the entire film follows around MDC (Jared Leto) through his days in New York prior to assassinating Lennon. Unfortunately these days are mostly spent asking people in front of the Dakota building if Lennon is coming back anytime soon or standing at the corner of the building holding a record of Lennon’s that he tells people he is trying to get autographed. To try to make things more interesting the entire film is full of MDC internal monologue via spastic voice-over, unfortunately he never says anything quite interesting.

I don’t know why anyone would make this film, it doesn’t get in the mind of Chapman at all or tell anything interesting whatsoever. For the few minutes of the film that Chapman actually interacts with people rather than staring around and contemplating his repetitive voice-over thought nothing interesting happens. Lindsay Lohan plays a Beatles fan that occasionally spends time at the Dakota hoping to get a glimpse of Lennon. Unfortunately her character only has about five to ten minutes of screen-time and like most of the film very little happens in her presence except for a very awkward scene where she introduces MDC to toddler Sean Lennon. If you go in expecting Lohan to be a co-star in the film you are going to be quite disappointed, nonetheless she does a wonderful job in the little bit that she appears in the film.

The other character (other than Dakota doormen, taxi drivers, and a silent hooker) that MDC encounters is a paparazzi’sh photographer played by Judah Friedlander. Judah has about five more minutes than Lohan does in the movie, but it’s still stretching to even call it a supporting role. Judah’s major moment is toward the end of the movie he takes a photo of MDC getting an autograph from Lennon and agrees to sell the photo to MDC the next day for fifty dollars. Judah is also pretty good the little he is in the movie.

Jared Leto gives what could be an academy award winning performance in this boring shitty movie. He’s gained a lot of weight for his role in the film, unfortunately the director wants to ingrain this fact into your mind by obsessively photographing his naked belly for five or more minutes in his crappy motel room. Leto also has mastered the voice of MDC, but too bad he spends most of the movie repeating the same spastic voice-over thoughts.

Tom Richmond was working on overdrive when he shot this movie, every scene is wonderfully photographed very dark and murkily. It very much suits the insanity of Chapman, but a well-photographed image can only go so far. The best thing about the movie actually is Anthony Marinelli. Just like Leto, Marinelli has delivered an award-winning score for what is a very crappy movie. At times the score nearly convinces you that you are watching tense and emotional sequences as you watch Chapman just standing around or bundling up in the cold.

After watching the movie I still have no idea why MDC killed John Lennon, the only thing I know is that he’s crazy and in the last bit of text apparently he’s a born-again Christian now. See this movie only if you are interested in watching shots of Jared Leto standing in the cold or crossing streets while thinking “maybe I shouldn’t kill him
nah I gotta kill him” for a hundred or so minutes.

It’s kind of a depressing thought that this will probably get picked up this weekend for a ton of money. Between the photography, the cast, and the score one could cut a very good trailer for the movie and fool people into watching it. I feel for all the people at boycottchapter27.org now, I thought they were kind of wacky at first, but to be honest this is a very shitty movie that was made in the worst of taste, so it probably should be boycotted as it’s basically just exploiting the death of john lennon and seems to glorify MDC's insanity.

Peace Archs last ditch effort to save from losing millions on Chapter 27

In a final effort to save themselves from losing an estimated $25 million dollars because of lack of US distribution of Chapter 27, Peace Arch Entertainment has purchased a US based DVD distribution company with ties to US retailers. Thanks to all of your efforts, this film will not be seen in theater, now we move the fight to the world of rental and DVD retail. We will concentrate our efforts on making Blockbuster, WalMart, and Best Buy how we feel about Chapter 27. We will work to keep this horrible film from seeing store shelves. Where Lindsey Lohan and Jared Letos images will sell DVD's to 15 year old girls, helping them to "understand" why an animal would kill a genius....FOR FAME

Peace Arch Entertainment Announces Agreement to Acquire Leading DVD Distributor Trinity Home Entertainment to Expand Into Lucrative U.S. Market

Landmark Acquisition of Established Distributor to Accelerate Commercialization of Peace Arch's Recently Acquired Library

TORONTO--(BoycottÇhapter27.org)--May 9, 2007 -- Peace Arch® Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX:PAE - News) (Toronto:PAE.TO - News), an innovative filmgroup of heartless dirtbags and television entertainment( yes, very entertaining...not!!) company, announced today that it has agreed to acquire the Westlake Village, California-based DVD distributor Trinity Home Entertainment, LLC for approximately USD$10.0 million in a last ditch attempt to save their asses. Trinity, which had unaudited revenues of approximately USD$19.0 million and normalized net income of approximately USD$2.5 million for the year ending December 31, 2006, is one of the leading independent distributors of budget and first-run feature films in the United States.

Trinity has well established distribution relationships with the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, along with major retailers such as (We will ensure that Chapter 27 never sees the shelves of these retailers) Wal-Mart Stores and Trans World Entertainment, two of the largest video retailers in the United States. Genius Entertainment and Hearst Entertainment are among Trinity's key content suppliers.

"Trinity is a well run operation, who sold out to a group of money grubbing scum with top notch distribution relationships and an excellent sales force," said John Flock, President of Peace Arch Entertainment. "By integrating Trinity's operation with Peace Arch's DVD distribution division in Canada, Peace Arch now has a platform upon which to build one of the leading distribution companies in North America."

With Peace Arch's annual slate of more than a dozen direct-to-video productions and its extensive supply of high quality feature films acquired through the recent purchase of Castle Hill Productions and Dream LLC in December, Trinity also provides a natural outlet for Peace Arch's expanding line-up of top quality content. The acquisition furthers Peace Arch's strategy of building its in-house distribution capabilities while continuing to aggregate highly marketable film and television content.

Under the terms of the deal, Peace Arch will acquire all of the shares of Trinity for approximately USD$9.5 million in cash and USD$500,000 of Peace Arch common stock. The final purchase price will be subject to adjustment upon completion of Peace Arch's due diligence and the acquisition is expected to close by the end of June.

Trinity's extensive library includes such genre classics as Stephen King's "Maximum Overdrive," "Raw Deal" starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and "The Octagon" featuring Chuck Norris.

"We are very pleased to enter into this agreement with Peace Arch and combine our U.S. distribution expertise with their worldwide sales force and extensive library of desirable properties," said Phillip Knowles, President of Trinity Home Entertainment.

"With Peace Arch's seasoned management and growing financial strength in our corner, we believe we can now accelerate the growth of our business into one of the top distributors in the United States."

Knowles, who founded Trinity in 1999, will remain with the company as President and head its U.S. DVD distribution operations.

In connection with its acquisition of Trinity, Peace Arch has entered into an agreement with an agent (the "Agent") for an equity financing. The private placement offering (the "Offering") will be on a best efforts basis and will consist of up to CDN$33.0 million in Common Shares. The additional proceeds from the Offering will be used for debt reduction and general corporate purposes, including other potential future acquisitions. In addition, CPC Communications Inc., a company controlled by Gary Howsam, the Chief Executive Officer of Peace Arch, has granted the Agent a closing option (the "Closing Option") exercisable at closing to purchase up to 2,833,000 Common Shares held by CPC at no less than the offering price pursuant to the Offering.

The Offering is scheduled to close on or about June 8, 2007 and is subject to regulatory approvals and completion of definitive documentation.

Boycott Chapter 27 wants to offer a special thanks to "this_guy"

This was found as a comment on a blog of some 16 year old with a crush on Jared Leto,
if she only knew who John Lennon was...but now she will only know his killer:

I've posted about it a few times, but I really...oh my god. This pisses me off, Jared Leto or no Jared Leto.

It's a movie about the man who shot John Lennon. It's a very objective look at what happened, not trying to paint MDC in any kind of light, just telling it like it is. One of the arguments is that this movie is making him famous, which is what the killer was after, supposedly.

MDC was famous the moment he pulled the trigger. That's what did it. Making a very generic (in the sense of any kind of empathy for the character) movie about the event isn't going to make him anymore famous than he already is.

MDC was a very fucked up individual, and what he did was...it was shocking, terrifying heart-breaking and world changing. Whether we like it or not, it happened, and so fucking what if an artist read a book and decided he wanted to explore it cinematically.

I've seen the movie, and it's very well done. There is nothing that sheds any kind of positive light on the killer. It generates more heartache over John Lennon's death, and it made me appreciate what he meant to this world.

Now that that's done, I think I want to buy a domain that would be supporting the release of the movie. I don't know if there are any, but I really really feel compelled to do so. What do you think, feel like giving me some thoughts on all this?

THE RESPONSE....

I've never seen the film, but I've got to say that if I was forced to choose sides, and deal with losing friends over one or the other, I'd choose to boycott Chapter 27.

By this, I mean, people in the Lennon camp are unhappy with the actors for doing the movie. Lindsay Lohan, etc., are losing friends for doing it. I imagine that some people in the Lennon camp are losing friends who feel the movie is a good idea.

I love John Lennon. I choose that side.

The bottom line really isn't whether it's right or wrong. John Lennon's widow, his best friend, his surviving son have asked the world not to give the killer any more attention than he has already received. They made a request to honor their dead loved one. Who are we to not honor that?

I am an artist, a writer, a person who believes that all the world should be in the realm of use by an artist for self expression... but the line is drawn when someone requests that something be left unsaid. It's disrespectful to the dead, and that's final.

This might be something that is hard for people to understand who weren't alive when John Lennon died. My mother was, and she knows the way the world shook when it happened... it's one of those things that you remember where you were standing when it happened. It was bigger than anything you can imagine. The Beatles were a phenomenon unlike any band before them, or any band since. There is no comparison.

As someone who's father has died, I understand some of it. I get irritated when a movie cops out in the end, and the character dies of brain cancer. I feel like these movies are made for everyone's entertainment and education but my own. I can't imagine if my father were murdered, and someone took his story and made a movie about any aspect of it at all without my permission, and made money and gained fame for the killer. It doesn't matter what the killer wants, only the family that is left behind.

Friday April 13, 3:26 pm ET

Unprecedented Financial Performance Highlighted by Record Net Earnings of $2.2 Million for Second Quarter Fiscal 2007 Results

TORONTO--BoycottChapter27.org -- Peace Arch® Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX:PAE - News) (Toronto:PAE.TO - News) today announced outstanding operating results for its second quarter of fiscal 2007, ending February 28, 2007, highlighted by the Company's unprecedented growth in revenues to $20.3 million from $3.7 million in the same period last year. The Company's revenues for the six months ended February 28, 2007 were a record $31.6 million, up 600% from $4.6 million during the same period in fiscal 2006, with all business segments reporting continued strong revenue growth

Peace Arch reported net earnings of $2.2 million, or $0.06 per diluted share in the second quarter, compared to a net loss of $(0.7) million, or $(0.04) per diluted share for the same period last year. For the six months ended February 28, 2007, net earnings were $2.3 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, as compared to a net loss of $(1.4) million or $(0.07) per diluted share last year.

"Peace Arch's senior management team has been energized by delivering results," said Gary Howsam, Chief Executive Officer of Peace Arch Entertainment. "We executed on our strategic plan: to continually expand the quality and volume of our product supply and improve our worldwide distribution and sales capabilities. This quarter reflects the success of this business model and we plan to stay focused on this strategy."

The Company delivered 16 episodes of television programming during the quarter, including five episodes of the dramatic new series "The Tudors," which premiered to record audiences in the U.S. on Showtime Networks, 11 episodes of three lifestyle series and five movies. This is compared to the delivery of 13 episodes of a television series and no movies in the second quarter of last year. Peace Arch's Home Entertainment segment had the strongest quarter in its history including solid results from the holiday period. Included in Peace Arch's earnings for the quarter was an amount of $1.0 million representing a favorable settlement of an outstanding legal dispute.

During the second quarter the Company:

* Completed its acquisition of independent film companies Castle Hill Productions Inc. and Dream LLC., whose library of approximately 500 classic and contemporary motion pictures represents one of the largest independent film libraries in the world. This strategic transaction provides Peace Arch with a new inventory of available entertainment content for U.S. and worldwide distribution, and brings to the Company a proven U.S. distribution and licensing operation with an experienced executive team. The results of operations of Castle Hill Productions Inc. and Dream LLC have been included in the Company's results since December 21, 2006.

* Added industry veteran Mark Balsam as President of U.S. Distribution as part of the Castle Hill Productions Inc. and Dream LLC acquisition.

* Received a one-time payment of $1.0 million as settlement of an outstanding legal dispute concerning the co-financing of a television series.

* Produced or acquired several feature films for DVD and television exploitation, including the thrillers "Final Draft" starring James Van Der Beek, "The Cradle" starring Lukas Haas, "Harm's Way" starring Academy Award-winner Kathleen Quinlan, and the family film "Luna: Spirit of The Whale" starring Adam Beach and Jason Priestley.

* Licensed all distribution rights to the Company's feature film "Animal 2," starring Ving Rhames, to Genius Entertainment, one of the leading home entertainment distributors in the United States. "Animal 2" is a sequel to the sleeper hit "Animal," which grossed more than US$8 million in DVD revenues in 2005.

NOTHING ABOUT ANY DEALS OR PROSPECT FOR Jared Leto or Lindsey Lohan, or Chapter 27!!!!!!

Subsequent to the second quarter ended February 28, 2007, the following significant transactions occurred:

* Peace Arch signed a licensing agreement for U.S. distribution rights for two of the Company's feature films, "Final Draft" and "The Cradle," to Genius Entertainment, one of the leading home entertainment distributors in the United States.

* The Company acquired worldwide rights to the feature films "Shred" and "Shred 2," snowboarding action comedies to be released during the next two ski and snowboarding seasons, starring popular comic actor Tom Green.

The random complaint generator for Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27

Unless you want to accumulate a long list of examples of Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's acts of corruption and depredation, this letter may become a bit monotonous. However, I honestly do hope you read it all the way through because anger is contagious. So, without further ado, I present you with this all-important piece of information: The gloss that Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's thralls put on Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's op-ed pieces unfortunately does little to kick butt and take names. Even though Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 gives flattering titles to its natural distempers, Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's opinion is that it's perfectly safe to drink and drive. Of course, opinions are like sphincters: we all have them. So let me tell you my opinion. My opinion is that in asserting that rambunctious sybarites should be fêted at wine-and-cheese fund-raisers, it demonstrates an astounding narrowness of vision. If Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 believes that coercion in the name of liberty is a valid use of state power, then it's obvious why it thinks that people are pawns to be used and manipulated. In a recent essay, Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 stated that its statements provide a liberating insight into life, the universe, and everything. Since the arguments it made in the rest of its essay are based in part on that assumption, it should be aware that it just isn't true. Not only that, but I would certainly like to comment on its attempt to associate cynicism with antidisestablishmentarianism. There is no association. Jared Leto and Lindsey Lohan are the finest examples of Hollywood scum. Just thought I might ad that to further insight clueless teenagers planning on supporting their heroes as they continue to help the cause of John Lennons killer. This happens to be a great keyword generator by the way. Kudos the creator of the random complaint generator.

It is quite true, of course, that Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's actions are way off base. But pauperism has served as the justification for the butchering, torture, and enslavement of more people than any other "ism". That's why it's Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's favorite; it makes it easy for it to break down traditional values.

Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 is a tremendous deadweight on our will and morale. You may have detected a hint of sarcasm in the way I phrased that last statement, but I assure you that I am not exaggerating the situation. When asked to mend its ways, Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 will give people a wink and a smile, but when the wheels begin to turn, it's business as usual. I challenge all of the obscene crooks out there to consider this: Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 has been known to say that there's no difference between normal people like you and me and deluded, prodigal soi-disant do-gooders of one sort or another. That notion is so reckless, I hardly know where to begin refuting it.

Some people assert that there is something besotted about Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's shabby mendacity and sneaking duplicity. Others insist that Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's modus operandi is to tell us how to live, what to say, what to think, what to know, and -- most importantly -- what not to know. In the interest of clearing up the confusion, I'll make the following observation: Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 leaves me no choice but to serve as a human shield for its bombardments. Think about it, and I'm sure you'll agree with me. I may be beating a dead horse here, but I do want to point out that if I have a bias, it is only against shabby carousers who wiretap all of our telephones and computers. "What's that?", I hear you ask. "Is it true that Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's position that its coalition of pretentious Philistines and simple-minded, headlong conspiracy theorists is looking out for our interests is based upon a specious argument without any substantive basis?" Why, yes, it is.

When we condemn Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's hypocrisy, we are not only threading our way through a maze of competing interests; we are weaving the very pattern of our social fabric. Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 dreams of a time when they'll be free to allow federally funded research to mushroom into a longiloquent, grossly inefficient system, hampered by abominable stirrers and irritating, revolting cretins. That's the way it's planned it, and that's the way it'll happen -- not may happen, but will happen -- if we don't interfere, if we don't eschew disaffected nonrepresentationalism. Nonetheless, only the impartial and unimpassioned mind will even consider that statements like, "We can see the damage that is done when Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 tries to tell everyone else what to do" accurately express the feelings of most of us here. Sorry for babbling so much, but I am appalled that I have cause to write this article.

and more about Ms. Lindsey "Fire Crotch" Lohan

Doesn't anyone get the point? It doesn't matter for squat that Ms. Lindsey Lohan's argument is invalid. What's far more relevant is that Lohan exists in a state of intellectual hibernation. With this letter, I hope to tell Lohan what we all think of her -- and boy, do I have some choice words I'd like to use. But first, I would like to make the following introductory remark: Statements like, "I, hardheaded cynic that I am, can hardly believe how in this day and age, devious dissemblers are allowed to make life less pleasant for us" accurately express the feelings of most of us here. By her standards, if you have morals, believe that character counts, and actually raise your own children -- let alone teach them to be morally fit -- you're definitely a sententious temperamental-type. My standards -- and I suspect yours as well -- are quite different from Lohan's. For instance, I surely aver that I'm not very conversant with her background. To be quite frank, I don't care to be. I already know enough to state with confidence that Lohan's merciless, catty squibs provoke terrible, total, universal, and merciless destruction. News of this deviousness must spread like wildfire if we are ever to call people to their highest and best, not accommodate them at their lowest and least. In other words, when I observe Lohan's goombahs' behavior, I can't help but recall the proverbial expression, "monkey see, monkey do". That's because, like her, they all want to accelerate the natural tendency of civilization to devolve from order to chaos, liberty to tyranny, and virtue to vice. Also, while a monkey might think that Lohan's communications epitomize wholesome family entertainment, the fact remains that she plans to open new avenues for the expression of hate. The result will be an amalgam of garrulous revanchism and deranged antidisestablishmentarianism, if such a monster can be imagined.

Although Lohan is ever learning, she is never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. The truth, in this context, is that Lohan says that human life is expendable. That's her unvarying story, and it's a lie: an extremely ill-bred and self-deceiving lie. Unfortunately, it's a lie that is accepted unquestioningly, uncritically, by Lohan's sympathizers. Despite her evident lack of grounding in what she's talking about, she wants to trivialize the issue. What's wrong with that? What's wrong is Lohan's gossamer grasp of reality. Because of Lohan's jeremiads, our schools simply do not teach the basics anymore. Instead, they preach the theology of brusque irreligionism. Lohan insists that commercialism is the only alternative to hooliganism. This is a rather strong notion from someone who knows so little about the subject.

If Lohan had her way, schools would teach students that the sun rises just for her. This is not education but indoctrination. It prevents students from learning about how there's a time to keep silent and a time to speak. There's a time to love and a time to hate. There's a time for war and a time for peace. And, I suspect, there's a time to illustrate the virtues that Lohan lacks -- courage, truthfulness, courtesy, honesty, diligence, chivalry, loyalty, and industry. Or, to put it less poetically, Lohan seems to have recently added the word "epididymodeferentectomy" to her otherwise simplistic vocabulary. I suppose she intends to use big words like that to obscure the fact that if we contradict her, we are labelled pea-brained fussbudgets. If we capitulate, however, we forfeit our freedoms. If nothing else, Lohan's opinions have created a hypersensitive, insensate universe devoid of logic and evidence. Only within this universe does it make sense to say that everyone who doesn't share Lohan's beliefs is an indelicate half-wit deserving of death and damnation. Only within this universe does it make sense to replace discourse and open dialogue with sexist machinations and blatant ugliness. And, only if we get my message about Lohan out to the world can we destroy this stubborn universe of Lohan's and stand uncompromised in a world that's on the brink of Lohan-induced disaster and encourage others to do the same. Our goal must now be to create and nurture a true spirit of community. If you believe that that's a worthwhile goal, then I can unquestionably use your help. Let me hear from you.

A moment away from Chapter 27 for stepitup.org

Since March 16, AlGore.com has grown by more than 250,000, to an amazing 555,392 members. However to ultimately succeed and convince our elected leaders to do what needs to be done, we have to grow much bigger still.

In addition to increasing the size of our movement, we want to be constantly alert to any opportunities where AlGore.com members can help build momentum to solve the climate crisis. Sometimes these actions will take place on AlGore.com - but there are dozens of other groups doing great work. One of those organizations is Step It Up 2007.

Step It Up 2007 has organized a National Day of Climate Action on April 14. They've already scheduled more than 1,100 rallies in all fifty states - locations vary from the melting glacier on top of Mt. Rainier, to the levees in New Orleans, to underwater in an endangered coral reef off the coast of Florida, to your neighborhood park.

You can find the rally closest to your home, or if there isn't one nearby, host one yourself by visiting:

http://stepitup2007.org/

One simple message will unite these rallies - "Step it up, Congress! Enact immediate cuts in carbon emissions, and pledge an 80% reduction by 2050. No half measures, no easy compromises - the time has come to take the real actions that can stabilize our climate."

This reduction in CO2 may seem far-fetched, but it is within our grasp. Now we need our elected leaders to take the bold steps necessary to make it happen. Rallies in all 50 states are sure to further that goal.

Participating in, or even hosting an event is easy. Take the first step and sign up by visiting:

Thank you,

Al Gore

Leto and Lohan plan a follow-up to Chapter 27 working with Peace Arch Entertainment

It has recently been leaked to insiders in Hollywood that Peace Arch Entertainment has announce a follow-up to the tastelessness of Chapter 27.

In a new film being released by Peace Arch Entertainment, Jared Leto will be starring, as a wholesome Hitler and Lindsey Lohan will be his beloved and sweet Eva Braun.
Would we really compare the killer of John Lennon to Hitler...of course not, but the point is; Are Hollywood "stars" willing to take any role for money? Probably not, but I’m sure its not the money, its the challenge of the role. After all, if you can turn the killer of Beatle great and peace hero John Lennon’s killer in to a "likeable" character, can a headline similar to the one above be far off.
Lets be sure that John killer stays in prison alone, dying, and being forgotten.
Please join us in stopping Chapter 27 and ensuring failure for Peace Arch Entertainment in their bid to profit off of a true disaster. The destruction of a peaceful man, attempting to enlighten the world with his words, music, and actions.
Recently, torrent files of Chapter 27 (direct from the reels) have been leaked by company insiders, desperate to create any buzz, in a last ditch effort to get US distribution. It is known inside the industry, that Peace Arch would not be capable of launching any type of US distribution for this disasterous film.

Chapter 27 - Peace Arch - Negative earnings, negative profit margin, negative operating margin

Good investment article on the Entertainment industry, love the analysis of Peace Arch Entertainment (the producers of Chapter 27 - The John Lennon MURDER film)

The entertainment business has always been considered recession proof. During the hot summers, families would prefer to pay for movie tickets and sit in an air conditioned theater, than to run the air conditioner at home.

Teenagers will always be able to scrape together enough money for movie dates. Many thought that pay-per-view and video-on-demand would replace movie theaters, but they didn’t. Not even the internet has replaced theaters. Smash hit movies have continued to bring in hundreds of millions of dollars. This review is focusing on more of the pure plays in movie theaters and motion picture production.

The large entertainment companies, such as Disney (DIS), have been left out [but will be covered in a future article] because they are involved in many other areas besides movie production. Many of these stocks may be box office flops, but hopefully you can find a blockbuster.

Regal Entertainment Group (RGC): The company, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange, owns Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theaters, and Edwards Theaters, which includes over 6400 screens throughout the United States. The yield of 5.8% is nice and the return on equity is an extremely high 2241%, but be careful. Quarterly earnings and quarterly revenues have been in a downtrend. Because of the company’s huge amount of debt, the stock has a negative book value. The dividend payout is twice the amount of earnings.

Please read, visit link, and sign. Way beyond Chapter 27!!!!

This is far more important than Chapter 27!!! This is about our FUTURE!!!

We are now within striking distance of collecting over 500,000 messages to deliver to Congress and have less than 48 hours to get it done in time for the hearings.

Ask any friend who wants to end the climate crisis to sign our message to Congress now by visiting:

http://algore.com/cards.html
When I emailed you last Friday, 294,374 people had signed our message to Congress demanding immediate action to solve the climate crisis. In that email, I asked you to help meet the goal of delivering 350,000 messages when I testify at Congressional hearings on Wednesday.

Your response was amazing. By Saturday morning - because of you - we exceeded our goal! In fact, as I write this email, our total has risen to 405,758. Thank you!

What that means is that we are now within striking distance of collecting over 500,000 messages - and have less than 48 hours to get it done in time for the Congressional hearings.

Now is the time to reach out to as many people as possible. Ask any friend who wants to end the climate crisis to sign our message to Congress now by visiting:

http://www.algore.com/cards.html

By the way, maybe this goes without saying, but please reach out to Republican and Independent, as well as Democratic friends. One of our goals must be to make this issue one that transcends partisanship. While many of the solutions to the climate crisis will be found within the political system, there should be bipartisan and transpartisan agreement on the basic nature of the crisis and the sense of urgency that is appropriate for us to solve it.

That point was brought home to me again last week when I visited London and met with the leaders of the Labour Party and the Conservative Party. In the UK, both major political parties are completely committed to taking real action to solve the climate crisis. They openly acknowledge this is an unprecedented moral issue and are competing vigorously to see who can propose the most creative and effective solutions to solve this crisis.

Here at home, our objective must be to create a similar sense of urgency in both political parties. That is why your activism leading up to these hearings is so important. We are so close to our new goal of 500,000 messages to Congress. You can help put us over the top.

So please reach out to everyone you know and ask them to sign our message to Congress today - or at least within the next 48 hours by visiting:

http://www.algore.com/cards.html

Thank you,

Al Gore

P.S. On Wednesday both the House and Senate will webcast the hearings live.

My testimony in the House of Representatives begins at 9:30 AM and you can watch the webcast by visiting:

My testimony in the Senate begins at 2:30 PM and you can watch the webcast by visiting:

Chapter 27...its all but over!!!

Well, looks like it's NO DEAL for Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27.
Why have we slowed down the pace of our posts and our publicity push???

Whats to say...This film is all but dead, no US distributor will touch this immoral piece of crap. Lohan, Leto, and the rest of the willing participants have all had major personal and business setbacks, it would appear this film is DEAD in the water. We will continue to follow-up, when called for. But until we hear different we will assume VICTORY!!!!
Thanks for your support and PEACE!!!!

On another note, took the kids to Universal in Orlando, we were having a blast...than we noticed a few pigeons who looked like they were "mangled", missing legs, limping, and all around looking pretty beat up. We looked up and noticed this.......

(SEE THE SPIKES ON THE kid friendly "Sponge Bob" monitor and the beams above, this is throughout the family friendly park....OUCH!!!!)

Please keep in mind, we are not Vegans or overboard PETA freaks, but this was sooo wrong. Wanted to use this forum to bring this some attention.
Just felt wrong, that such a fun place would go to this extreme to avoid a little bird crap.

PEACE.....

Has Peace Arch given up on Chapter 27?

After reading this article and the comments made by John Flock, it appears to me that Chapter 27 has been pushed aside by Peace Arch. Realizing that getting a US distribution deal for Chapter 27 is not going to happen, they are focusing all of the companies efforts on Delirious. This is a huge victory for all of the supporters of the Chapter 27 boycott.

Peace Arch Entertainment's Feature Film Receives Best Director Prize at Influential HBO Comedy Festival

Award for "Delirious" Follows Critical Acclaim at Prestigious Sundance and Top Prize at San Sebastian Film Festivals, Providing Springboard for Global Acquisitions

TORONTO-- Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX:PAE) (Toronto:PAE.TO) announced today that Tom DiCillo, director of its award-winning comedy "Delirious," won the Best Director Award for a feature film at the highly influential HBO US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado. "Delirious" screened three times to sold-out theaters attended by entertainment industry executives at the 13th annual festival, regarded by many as the leading comedy film festival in the United States.

"Delirious" was accepted by the HBO US Comedy Arts Festival along with only nine other US feature film comedies. The film's screening followed closely on the heels of its critical acclaim during the North American premiere at this year's prestigious Sundance Film Festival. It also won multiple awards and outstanding reviews at the film's world premiere at Spain's San Sebastian Film Festival, including the prestigious SIGNIS award.

"The continued critical success and industry endorsement of 'Delirious' is an essential step in positioning this film with distributors in the US and internationally," said John Flock, President of Peace Arch Entertainment. "As our leading motion picture, 'Delirious' is a defining example of our company's commitment to being a supplier of high quality, entertaining film and television programming in the worldwide market."

"Delirious" stars Independent Spirit Award winner and Golden Globe® Award and Emmy® Award nominee Steve Buscemi ("Fargo," "Big Fish," "The Big Lebowski"), Young Hollywood Award and Hollywood Film Festival Best Actress Award winner Alison Lohman ("Matchstick Men," "Where The Truth Lies"), Michael Pitt ("Silk," "Last Days"), MTV Movie Award nominee Gina Gershon ("Bound," "Man About Town") and world renowned musician Elvis Costello playing himself. The film was produced by Independent Spirit Award winner Bob Salerno ("21 Grams," "All The Pretty Horses," "Chapter 27").

"Delirious" is among the more than 20 feature film, television and DVD productions that Peace Arch Entertainment produced or acquired over the past 12 months, including the romantic comedy "Watching The Detectives" starring Golden Globe® Award-nominated Cillian Murphy ("Breakfast on Pluto") and two-time Screen Actors Guild® Award-winning Lucy Liu ("Charlie's Angels" 1 & 2); the psychological drama "Guantanamero" starring Rupert Evans ("Hellboy") and Screen Actors Guild Award-winning Sir Derek Jacobi ("Gladiator"); and the ten-hour event television series "The Tudors" starring Golden Globe Award-winning Jonathan Rhys Meyers ("Match Point"), Henry Czerny ("Mission Impossible") and Golden Globe Award-nominated Sam Neill ("Jurassic Park").

About Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc.

Peace Arch Entertainment produces and acquires feature films regardless of how tasteless they may be, in order to profit for the companies owners, eben if that means profiting from the blood of John Lennon by producing Chapter 27., television and home entertainment content for distribution to worldwide markets. Peace Arch is the owner of one of the largest libraries of top quality independent feature films in the world. Through its subsidiary, Peace Arch Home Entertainment, Peace Arch is also one of the leading distributors of DVDs and related products in Canada. Jarret Schaefer attempts to defend Chapter 27.

Watch as Jaret Schaefer attempts to defend profiting off of the murder of John Lennon.
Does he believe his own B.S., you would think he's saving humanity by making Chapter 27.
Too bad for Jarrett and Peace Arch Entertainment, this film will never be distributed in theaters.

You will never have
another film made
after CHAPTER 27

Thesps to star in Chapman drama
By GABRIEL SNYDER

Lindsay Lohan and Jared Leto are set to star in "Chapter 27," a feature about the murder of John Lennon. (these guys at peace arch are something special)

Peace Arch is financing the pic, which was penned by Jarrett Schaefer, who will make his feature directing debut.

Rambling on about Peace Arch, bringing us Chapter 27

Peace Arch Entertainment has recently made a number of people very angry, including me. However, as anger serves no function in a successful rebuttal, I will simply state objectively that the best advice I can give to a group is to seek some structure in which the cacophony introduced by Peace Arch Entertainment's effusions might be systematized, reconciled, and made rational. Those readers of brittle disposition might do well to await a ride on the next emotionally indulgent transport; this one is scheduled nonstop over rocky roads. As soon as you're strapped in, I'll announce something to the effect of how Peace Arch Entertainment is not just irrational. It is unbelievably, astronomically irrational. Peace Arch Entertainment says it is within its legal right to conduct business in a snivelling, pouty way. Whether or not it indeed has such a right, if I hear Peace Arch Entertainment's cringers say, "Science is merely a tool invented by the current elite to maintain power" one more time, I'm going to throw up.

Although we can occasionally tie the retailers of snippy new claims to older fabrications, there is unfortunately no shortage of new rumor. Why does Peace Arch Entertainment want to portray myopic wackos as idiots? Because it and its apostles are puppets of the most supercilious twerps you'll ever see. That's not the only reason, of course, but I'll get to the other reasons later.

Please humor me for a moment while I state that there may be nothing we can do to prevent Peace Arch Entertainment from making good on its word to ransack people's homes. When we compare this disturbing conclusion to the comforting picture purveyed by its helpers, we experience psychological stress or "cognitive dissonance". Our only recourse is to demand a thoughtful analysis and resolution of our problems with Peace Arch Entertainment. If I am correctly informed, I am skeptical of Peace Arch Entertainment's efforts to produce an uncompromising definition of "counterrevolutionize". In any case, several things it has said have brought me to the boiling point. The statement of its that made the strongest impression on me, however, was something to the effect of how two wrongs make a right.

The more I think about the worst sorts of headlong slaves to fashion there are, the more troubled I become by Peace Arch Entertainment's rantings. It may be coincidence that Peace Arch Entertainment's contrivances equip self-righteous converts to anti-intellectualism with flame throwers, hand grenades, and heat-seeking missiles. It may be coincidence that they concoct labels for people, objects, and behaviors in order to manipulate the public's opinion of them. And it may be coincidence that they grasp at straws, trying to find increasingly socially inept ways to lay the foundation for some serious mischief. But that's a lot of coincidence!

I oppose Peace Arch Entertainment's artifices because they are misguided. I oppose them because they are headstrong. And I oppose them because they will shatter other people's lives and dreams within a short period of time. If Peace Arch Entertainment would abandon its name-calling and false dichotomies it would be much easier for me to hinder the power of immature menaces like Peace Arch Entertainment. In other words, Peace Arch Entertainment has remarked that it's okay if its slogans initially cause our quality of life to degrade because "sometime", "someone" will do "something" "somehow" to counteract that trend. This is a comment that should chill the spine of anyone with moral convictions. To make sure you understand, I'll spell it out for you. For starters, if Fate desired that Peace Arch Entertainment make a correct application of what it had read about snobbism, it would have to indicate title and page number, since the uncouth common criminal would otherwise never in all its existence find the correct place. But since Fate does not do this, I receive a great deal of correspondence from people all over the world. And one of the things that impresses me about it is the massive number of people who realize that Peace Arch Entertainment maintains a "Big Brother" dossier of personal information about everyone it distrusts, to use as a potential weapon. Is your name listed in that dossier? People often ask me that question. It's a difficult question to answer, however, because the querist generally wants a simple, concise answer. He doesn't want to hear a long, drawn-out explanation about how it's easy for Peace Arch Entertainment to bombastically declaim my proposals. But when is it going to provide an alternative proposal of its own? Fortunately for us, the key to the answer is obvious: If it wants to tear down all theoretical frameworks for addressing the issue, let it wear the opprobrium of that decision. Now, it is not my purpose to suggest that we are nearing a synthesis of emotionalism and expansionism into a gormless, biggety exclusionism that will sue people at random, but rather to empower the oppressed to control their own lives. Peace Arch Entertainment's cohorts perpetrate all kinds of atrocities while alleging that they are simply not capable of such activities and that therefore, the atrocities must be the product of my and your feverish and overworked imaginations. Let me close by reminding you that the Peace Arch Entertainment-induced era of sham and deceit and pretense will draw to a close eventually.

Moral Questions regarding PAE's investment PR-Firm..Chapter 27 Karma

Chose the same firm to represent it in matters of public relations as did a handful or two of other unfortunate companies.

IVSR.PK...

Said representative co sold out to what is now urhg.pk..and urhg mgmt demanded top level resignations of previous mgmt..AND...many of former IVSR Investsource clients have seen their shares surge in volume but not price since mid-december...

It looks like naked shorting with marketmaker/specialist failure to report trades 'in a timely manner'....

It looks like a conspiracy.

TTCH.PK in particular has been hammered by what appears to be naked shorts having traded several times float in preceeding weeks....'someone'is counterfeiting TTCH shares while backlog grows and grows....

It's only a matter of time.
