Peace Arch Entertainment shares under $1 and Chapter 27 movie reviews get worse

The bad Karma of Chapter 27 builds everyday. The stock of the films backers is now trading around $1.04, a far cry from the $3 a share, last year. Please join us in continuing the pressure on PAE and Boycott Chapter 27, not only on its theater release in March, but equally as important on the release of the DVD soon to follow.
I could use a bit of help over here. I'm trying to decide whether or not this is a joke. If it is, it's a poor one. If it's not, it's still fairly poor and I think terribly less of the film industry. Not that I had a very high opinion to begin with...The premise of this movie makes a travesty of the death of one of the most important figures in our century's history; it is the equivalent of a sympathetic biopic on Judas. I may not be able to stop it from being produced, but not only will I not see the film, I will encourage everyone I know not to see the film.

John is the legend, not his Killer. Remember love. Forget hate. And, to the opposers: "He already has the fame he wanted...So, continue with the film" etc. Ok, people have already died in Darfur.... Let's forget about them... it's too late. Peace is impossible. Let's forget about that, too. ... I wish I could post a few comments on the opposer's sites. All Lennon fans: Wear your "Give Peace A Chance" stuff on the release date. Throw Bed-Inns! Sit in front of theaters...Practice total communication! Show love to your fellow peers. This horrible man may have taken John, but he has yet to take his message!!! Peace lives in our hearts. Peace to you all in this tough time! Peace Peace Peace Peace. Forget the name of this film and man. Remember the message and the man. Spread it.

Do not release this movie! I HATE JARED LETO AND LINDSAY LOHAN for giving noteriety to the man who MURDERED that beautiful soul of a man, John Lennon. For every ad I see for this despicable movie, I will paint a poster and give it to a friend to picket your stupid studios. I can't believe you thought this was a good idea.

Chapter 27 as bad as it is wrong

Although the early reviews for Chapter 27 were pretty bad, they're nothing compared to some of the latest we've found. As the movie is set to be released in US theaters we remain confident that people will not see this horrible movie.

Access Hollywood

There was a lot of back-and-forth as to whether or not Lindsay Lohan would take time off from rehab to promote "Chapter 27" at Sundance, but there's no reason for her to be here in the first place. She has a very small role, and no one would have asked her about it anyway.

I saw the movie last night. Lindsay has a small role, she's only in it for about 20 minutes. Jared Leto is in every scene, and he put on a LOT of weight.

Honestly, I don't know who this movie is for. It's not very good. Jared obviously put a lot into his role (he's also listed as Executive Producer), but it's a one-note performance.

The odds were kind of stacked in his favor — portraying Lennon's killer as a monster prevents the film from being emotionally engaging, while humanizing him would have caused a lot of backlash (like humanizing Hitler).

It's depressing, disturbing and uncomfortable to watch. Wants to be like "Taxi Driver," but doesn't even come close. Might be of mild interest to Lennon fans (or not), but no one else.

Is Peace Arch Entertainment on the brink of being delisted from the Stock Exchange?

After discussions with Peace Arch representatives, the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") has agreed that the current Management Cease Trade Order issued on December 24, 2007 will remain in place to allow Peace Arch additional time to complete the statements provided Peace Arch continues to comply with the alternative information guidelines of the OSC.

"Our filings have been delayed because we are integrating the financial results of three private companies we acquired during the fiscal year, our CEO was replaced shortly before the original filing deadline, and management has determined under applicable variable-interest entity accounting rules to consolidate the results of numerous privately held, single picture production companies from whom Peace Arch acquired distribution rights during the fiscal year," said Jeff Sagansky, Chief Executive Officer of Peace Arch Entertainment. "We are determined to ensure that the Company is in good financial standing, and we believe this additional time will allow us to finalize our year-end filing and enable Peace Arch to enter 2008 on a firm financial footing. We confirm once again that other than the release of our statements, there is no material information concerning the affairs of the Company that has not been generally disclosed as of the date of this announcement."

Peace Arch originally anticipated filing its annual statements during the week of December 9, 2007. Despite its best efforts, management subsequently determined that further time was required to prepare those filings and for its independent auditors to complete their audit. Based on the work done to date, management's best estimate at this time is that the annual audited financial statements will be filed by February 29, 2008. As a result of not filing its 2007 financial statements, Peace Arch also has not yet filed its financial statements for the first quarter ended November 30, 2007. First quarter results will be filed shortly after the Company files its annual statements.

An update from Peace Arch Entertainments biggest Fan...Karma and Chapter 27

We have spoken about the greedy individuals, willing to put their morals aside and purchase stock in Peace Arch Entertainment. Hoping like management to profit from Chapter 27, basically making money off of the murder of John Lennon. I have also stated that I believe these individual stock holders are worse in many ways than John Flock, Linsay Lohan, and Jared Leto. This is an update from the analyst from ThinkIntrinsic, one of the very few Wall Street firms that follow Peace Arch Entertainment, the company that has produced Chapter 27. This is a copy of the email I received, including the links to his latest coverage on a stock that he had built up in the last few years. Seems like the curse of Chapter 27 will now hit the individuals looking to profit, right where it hurts...in their wallets.
-------------------------

Thanks for your feedback on ThinkIntrinsic. I have recently updated my position on PAE, which can be found here:

http://www.thinkintrinsic.com/companies/t/pae_update

Over the last little while we have also made some posts about PAE on the blog:

http://www.thinkintrinsic.com/intrinsicthoughts

But for the most part the future of the company is not clear so I have avoided speculation and will wait until the earnings release and more information before forming an opinion.

Since the last mention about PAE on this site (we have talked about it some more on the blog) PAE's CEO has left the company. The Chairman, Jeff Sagansky, is interim CEO and PAE is looking to acquire ContentFilm, a UK-based film company with a large library and distribution business. PAE's vision has changed and we think this acquisition is more like a merger, given that ContentFilm is larger than PAE.

We also think that Sagansky has no reason to stay on as CEO and that a CFL executive will likely take that position. I would also like to note that Sagansky has sold one of his companies to CFL in the past and has a large ownership stake. It is not clear whether PAE wanted to merge with CFL all along but Howsam (former CEO and regarded by most as the founder) did not want to.

From here, I have not written PAE off but have sold my shares pending a valuation analysis of CFL. I am also unclear on the future direction of the company because CFL is larger than PAE so I must familiarize myself with CFL and see how it may affect the combined company's strategy going forward. For instance, CFL has intentionally avoided the production business, but PAE recently expanded its production operations with an acquisition in mid-2007.

and

PAE
Since the CEO was fired/quit, I’ve unloaded all of my shares. When the integrity of a founding CEO is questioned, holding onto the stock cannot be justified unless the new management has proven that they can hold their own and that their morals have not been influenced by their former-CEO. Also, it is unclear to what extent Howsam’s presence was fundamental to the execution of deals. We also don’t know if the acting-CEO will remain or if the Board is looking for somebody else.

Please let us know where we should go with our blog as Chapter 27 and Peace Arch Entertainment disappear.

Chapter 27 will cost Peace Arch dearly.. shareholders of PAE beware

We have been contacted by many of the loyal reader of our Boycott Chapter 27 blog regarding the recent announcement by John Flock of Peace Arch Entertainment, that Chapter 27 will be released in US theaters. The recent press release claims that Chapter 27 (the film that glorifies the killer of John Lennon) will be released in March of 2008, a full 2 years after it had been completed. Many of our readers are of course very disturbed by this news and initially so were we. After reviewing the situation, we have decided that this will most likely only to serve as a huge financial catastrophe for Peace Arch. Keep in mind, just because the company has made the heartless decision to attempt to have Chapter 27 shown in theaters, it does not mean people will decide to spend their hard earned dollars to see this piece of Jared Leto and Lindsey Lohan crap. It only means that Peace Arch will spend its shareholders money attempting to convince theater owners to show the Chapter 27 trailers in hopes of generating interest. This move with undoubtedly destroy this company. The curse of Chapter 27 will go beyond Schaefer, Leto, and Lohan, it will extend to Peace Arch management and eventually the shareholders of PAE. After all these are the people ultimately responsible for the desecration of John Lennons grave.

We have included the press release below in order to show the crap being old to the shareholders and entertainment media regarding Chapter 27 and the entire Peace Arch Entertainment organization.

Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX: PAE) (TSX: PAE), an integrated global entertainment company creating and acquiring critically acclaimed film and television programming, announced today that the Company's controversial feature film "Chapter 27" earned the Debut Feature Prize at its European premiere at the Zurich Film Festival. The prize, which was awarded to first-time director Jarrett Schaeffer, is the latest in a series of awards that the Company's feature films and television programs received during 2007.

The controversial film, a psychological drama about Mark Chapman's gradual breakdown during the days leading up to his murder of Beatle John Lennon, will begin its international theatrical release in Japan in December 2007. Peace Arch will release the Picture theatrically in the United States beginning in March 2008.

"Chapter 27" stars Jared Leto ("Requiem For A Dream," "Panic Room," "Fight Club"), Judah Friedlander ("Zoolander," "Meet The Parents") and Lindsay Lohan ("Mean Girls," "Freaky Friday," "Herbie Fully Loaded"). The film was written and directed by Jarrett Schaefer, and produced by Robert Salerno, Naomi Despres and Alexandra Milchan. "Chapter 27" had its world premiere at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival to sold-out theaters and great controversy over its subject matter. The Zurich Film Festival marked the picture's European festival premiere.

"With the much anticipated theatrical release of 'Chapter 27,' Peace Arch continues to implement its strategic initiative to become a leading theatrical distributor of critically acclaimed and commercially desirable independent films," said John Flock, President and Chief Operating Officer of Peace Arch Entertainment Group. "As we continue to grow our North American distribution operations through accretive acquisitions like Trinity Home Entertainment, expand our television operations with major events like the second season of 'The Tudors,' and build our international theatrical and television sales business with a deep lineup of new programming and library content at events like this week's MIPCOM sales market, our North American theatrical releasing component becomes a key aspect of our plan to build a fully integrated, industry-leading global entertainment company."

Peace Arch acquired Westlake Village, California-based DVD distributor Trinity Home Entertainment, one of the leading independent distributors of budget and first-run feature films in the United States, in July 2007.

Enjoy your short term financial gains made on John Lennons blood, the gains will not last long....

Review of Chapter 27, just after Sundance

Rav starts talking about his love, Lindsay Lohan and CHAPTER 27 in Sundance!

Heya Guys,

So last night I watched one of the most buzzed about films here at Sundance, Chapter 27, it wasn’t buzzed because anyone had seen it, all the jibber-jabber was focused on Jared Leto/Lindsay Lohan starfucking and/or the move by a group of beatles fans to picket and boycott the film because it brings a sympathetic eye to MDC, the man who killed John Lennon.

Chapter 27 – Written and Directed by JP Schaffer

I originally took a stab at writing a review of this last night, but I trashed that after two tries, because very little happens for most of this movie in those reviews I merely tried giving a full-on scene-by-scene description of the entire movie. You can’t spoil a movie where nothing happens for 2 hours culminating with a forty-second assassination scene. But that was a big mistake, because every scene of the film of the film is so mundane that reading a list of them is about as interesting as reading a stranger’s grocery list. If anyone is still interested in knowing more about the movie after reading this review, I can email you one of those other too detailed reviews by request.

Except for about a minute of documentary footage the entire film follows around MDC (Jared Leto) through his days in New York prior to assassinating Lennon. Unfortunately these days are mostly spent asking people in front of the Dakota building if Lennon is coming back anytime soon or standing at the corner of the building holding a record of Lennon’s that he tells people he is trying to get autographed. To try to make things more interesting the entire film is full of MDC internal monologue via spastic voice-over, unfortunately he never says anything quite interesting.

I don’t know why anyone would make this film, it doesn’t get in the mind of Chapman at all or tell anything interesting whatsoever. For the few minutes of the film that Chapman actually interacts with people rather than staring around and contemplating his repetitive voice-over thought nothing interesting happens. Lindsay Lohan plays a Beatles fan that occasionally spends time at the Dakota hoping to get a glimpse of Lennon. Unfortunately her character only has about five to ten minutes of screen-time and like most of the film very little happens in her presence except for a very awkward scene where she introduces MDC to toddler Sean Lennon. If you go in expecting Lohan to be a co-star in the film you are going to be quite disappointed, nonetheless she does a wonderful job in the little bit that she appears in the film.

The other character (other than Dakota doormen, taxi drivers, and a silent hooker) that MDC encounters is a paparazzi’sh photographer played by Judah Friedlander. Judah has about five more minutes than Lohan does in the movie, but it’s still stretching to even call it a supporting role. Judah’s major moment is toward the end of the movie he takes a photo of MDC getting an autograph from Lennon and agrees to sell the photo to MDC the next day for fifty dollars. Judah is also pretty good the little he is in the movie.

Jared Leto gives what could be an academy award winning performance in this boring shitty movie. He’s gained a lot of weight for his role in the film, unfortunately the director wants to ingrain this fact into your mind by obsessively photographing his naked belly for five or more minutes in his crappy motel room. Leto also has mastered the voice of MDC, but too bad he spends most of the movie repeating the same spastic voice-over thoughts.

Tom Richmond was working on overdrive when he shot this movie, every scene is wonderfully photographed very dark and murkily. It very much suits the insanity of Chapman, but a well-photographed image can only go so far. The best thing about the movie actually is Anthony Marinelli. Just like Leto, Marinelli has delivered an award-winning score for what is a very crappy movie. At times the score nearly convinces you that you are watching tense and emotional sequences as you watch Chapman just standing around or bundling up in the cold.

After watching the movie I still have no idea why MDC killed John Lennon, the only thing I know is that he’s crazy and in the last bit of text apparently he’s a born-again Christian now. See this movie only if you are interested in watching shots of Jared Leto standing in the cold or crossing streets while thinking “maybe I shouldn’t kill him
nah I gotta kill him” for a hundred or so minutes.

It’s kind of a depressing thought that this will probably get picked up this weekend for a ton of money. Between the photography, the cast, and the score one could cut a very good trailer for the movie and fool people into watching it. I feel for all the people at boycottchapter27.org now, I thought they were kind of wacky at first, but to be honest this is a very shitty movie that was made in the worst of taste, so it probably should be boycotted as it’s basically just exploiting the death of john lennon and seems to glorify MDC's insanity.

The Aftermath & Some More Thoughts To Share (Chapter 27)

This is my first post to this board in a long time.I am sorry that I have not been contributing to this but I have not jumped ship nor given up the cause.I am still in the battle and I am just happy that the results have been in our favor,so far.It was a hard fought battle but at least,Chapter 27 will never see a US movie theatre.Since no distributor has picked it up,we can now smile and say WE WON.

After the dismal reception that the film received at Sundance and AFM,we can now smile and lift our glasses high and drink up.I know that the battle is not truly over yet. There is still the matter of the film coming straight to DVD.But I am going to continue to honor the memory and legacy of John Lennon by not renting it.I have seen some clips from it and as the reviewer who saw it at AFM said,"Leto's performance as the murderer is boring",I do have to agree.Leto was boring as the man who murdered John Lennon.Again,I am not renting this when it comes to Blockbuster or even Hollywood Video when it released for rental. In this way,I am going to honor the memory and legacy of "One of the greatest men who ever lived" by avoiding this "worthless excuse of a movie" that glorifies THAT MAN who murdered him.THAT MAN has already become famous for doing that dastardly deed.He does not need to be even more famous than he is already. This movie should not have been made in the first place.Again,I am going to honor John Lennon by avoiding this movie like the plague.

I have also stopped by the Internet Movie Database (imdb.com) recently and believe it or not, before the fate of being released "direct to DVD", Peace Arch had been lying to people that finding a US theatrical distributor was on the backburner and that the film was going to get a theatrical release.I read it all on the message boards on the site on the Chapter 27 page.Yes,they were lying to people who knew them and said that the release plans were "Put on the backburner"and that the rumors were false and that the boycotting of the movie had not changed a thing.Apparently, they were toying with people's faith in this film that actually belongs in the trash bin and not on DVD.How pathetic can you get?Apparently,at the time before the DVD plans,Peace Arch wanted to keep hopes alive but unfortunately,Peace Arch wound up being total losers in this whole fiasco and tried to make fools out of people through false hope.Oh well. That is the way the cookie crumbles or as Frank Sinatra would sing "That's Life."

By the way,I did manage to check out some of the comments that were left by anonymous visitors to the site. What I read really frosted me to the point where I thought that they were desecrating the USA.Some of the anonymous comments compared Chapter 27 to movies such as World Trade Center and United 93.This is what made me angry. How could these people, who were too chicken to leave their names in the first place, compare a movie that glorifies a murderer with movies that paid honor to those who lost their lives by giving of themselves to save others lives on the fateful day known as 9/11/01 when terrorists hit our shores and crashed passenger planes into the World Trace Center,Pentagon and Rural Pennsylvania. Not only that,I also thought "How Dare They Even Do That?" and also "What Nerve?" World Trade Center and United 93 were different altogether in terms of why they were made. Both these films paid honor, respects and homage to the brave souls who lost their lives that fateful day known as "The Day The World Stopped Turning".Those brave souls lost their lives by giving of their lives in an attempt to save the lives of others who were trapped in the twin towers and in the Pentagon on September 11th 2001.Those two movies do not honor the terrorists nor do they glorifiy what the terrorists did on our soil.It pays tribute to those who gave of themselves unselfishly to make sure that other people would live to see another day.Of course, over 3,000 lives were still lost but those films also honor those innocent Americans who lost their lives that day and it also reminds their loved ones that they will never be forgotten nor will their memories die.On the other hand,Chapter 27 glorifies a man who murdered a much loved and respected man.A man who loved and prayed for the human race.A man who also showed us through his music that peace and love for one another are the only ways.Chapter 27 also gives THAT MAN more fame and notoriety that he truly does not deserve. He is already famous enough. He doesn't need to be even more famous.THAT MAN simply wants to stay in the public consciousness and this movie only affirms what THAT MAN wants.Again,THAT MAN does not deserve any more fame or notoriety. He has enough. He does not need even more.

To those who made those inexcusable comparisons. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. There is no excuse to compare Chapter 27 to World Trade Center and United 93.The latter movies pay honor and tribute to the fallen heroes and the innocent Americans who lost their lives that day on 9/11/01 and also honors those who lost their lives to save other people's lives from the burning buildings and to those who lost their lives to stop the terrorists from crashing a plane into another tall building. Not only that, those movies do not honor those responsible for the attacks on American soil.Chapter 27 is the exact opposite. It glorifies the killing of a great man and it awards his killer with even more fame by keeping his name and presence in the public consciousness.I hope that you all learned your lesson. If not, then OH WELL!Some people never learn.

Thanks to Howard for keeping in touch with me and for his patience.I really appreciated all of that. Thanks also for the kind encouragement.

Peace Archs last ditch effort to save from losing millions on Chapter 27

In a final effort to save themselves from losing an estimated $25 million dollars because of lack of US distribution of Chapter 27, Peace Arch Entertainment has purchased a US based DVD distribution company with ties to US retailers. Thanks to all of your efforts, this film will not be seen in theater, now we move the fight to the world of rental and DVD retail. We will concentrate our efforts on making Blockbuster, WalMart, and Best Buy how we feel about Chapter 27. We will work to keep this horrible film from seeing store shelves. Where Lindsey Lohan and Jared Letos images will sell DVD's to 15 year old girls, helping them to "understand" why an animal would kill a genius....FOR FAME

Peace Arch Entertainment Announces Agreement to Acquire Leading DVD Distributor Trinity Home Entertainment to Expand Into Lucrative U.S. Market

Landmark Acquisition of Established Distributor to Accelerate Commercialization of Peace Arch's Recently Acquired Library

TORONTO--(BoycottÇhapter27.org)--May 9, 2007 -- Peace Arch® Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX:PAE - News) (Toronto:PAE.TO - News), an innovative filmgroup of heartless dirtbags and television entertainment( yes, very entertaining...not!!) company, announced today that it has agreed to acquire the Westlake Village, California-based DVD distributor Trinity Home Entertainment, LLC for approximately USD$10.0 million in a last ditch attempt to save their asses. Trinity, which had unaudited revenues of approximately USD$19.0 million and normalized net income of approximately USD$2.5 million for the year ending December 31, 2006, is one of the leading independent distributors of budget and first-run feature films in the United States.

Trinity has well established distribution relationships with the Army and Air Force Exchange Service, along with major retailers such as (We will ensure that Chapter 27 never sees the shelves of these retailers) Wal-Mart Stores and Trans World Entertainment, two of the largest video retailers in the United States. Genius Entertainment and Hearst Entertainment are among Trinity's key content suppliers.

"Trinity is a well run operation, who sold out to a group of money grubbing scum with top notch distribution relationships and an excellent sales force," said John Flock, President of Peace Arch Entertainment. "By integrating Trinity's operation with Peace Arch's DVD distribution division in Canada, Peace Arch now has a platform upon which to build one of the leading distribution companies in North America."

With Peace Arch's annual slate of more than a dozen direct-to-video productions and its extensive supply of high quality feature films acquired through the recent purchase of Castle Hill Productions and Dream LLC in December, Trinity also provides a natural outlet for Peace Arch's expanding line-up of top quality content. The acquisition furthers Peace Arch's strategy of building its in-house distribution capabilities while continuing to aggregate highly marketable film and television content.

Under the terms of the deal, Peace Arch will acquire all of the shares of Trinity for approximately USD$9.5 million in cash and USD$500,000 of Peace Arch common stock. The final purchase price will be subject to adjustment upon completion of Peace Arch's due diligence and the acquisition is expected to close by the end of June.

Trinity's extensive library includes such genre classics as Stephen King's "Maximum Overdrive," "Raw Deal" starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and "The Octagon" featuring Chuck Norris.

"We are very pleased to enter into this agreement with Peace Arch and combine our U.S. distribution expertise with their worldwide sales force and extensive library of desirable properties," said Phillip Knowles, President of Trinity Home Entertainment.

"With Peace Arch's seasoned management and growing financial strength in our corner, we believe we can now accelerate the growth of our business into one of the top distributors in the United States."

Knowles, who founded Trinity in 1999, will remain with the company as President and head its U.S. DVD distribution operations.

In connection with its acquisition of Trinity, Peace Arch has entered into an agreement with an agent (the "Agent") for an equity financing. The private placement offering (the "Offering") will be on a best efforts basis and will consist of up to CDN$33.0 million in Common Shares. The additional proceeds from the Offering will be used for debt reduction and general corporate purposes, including other potential future acquisitions. In addition, CPC Communications Inc., a company controlled by Gary Howsam, the Chief Executive Officer of Peace Arch, has granted the Agent a closing option (the "Closing Option") exercisable at closing to purchase up to 2,833,000 Common Shares held by CPC at no less than the offering price pursuant to the Offering.

The Offering is scheduled to close on or about June 8, 2007 and is subject to regulatory approvals and completion of definitive documentation.

IMDB poster Meg, Great comments on Chapter 27..Thanks

I want to take a moment to thank Meg n Cognto for stepping back from the outrage to make some very intelligent comments on Chapter 27.

OK, let's just clear this all up in a respectful and mature manner, while still utilizing proper grammer and correct spelling. "He Who Must Not Be Named" murdered John Lennon (a man who affected MUCH positive social change in the world...not just a lyrical and musical genius) for the SOLE PURPOSE of becoming famous as John Lennon's murderer. We know that we already knew who he was before talks of this movie ever began, BUT, unless you have a learning deficiency, you must admit that, if you make a movie about someone who aims to be famous...uh...you're giving said person EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT. That is the reason for any and all boycotts. Following Lennon's murder, Paul McCartney and Yoko Ono asked Lennon fans to simply NEVER speak this man's name again so as to avoid any possibility that he may ever get the fame he so craved that he murdered an innocent, non-violent human being. End of discussion. Thank you. Next time, let's try to educate ourselves about the totality of any given situation before we start spouting off at the mouth about things which we are ignorant.

ig·no·rant–adjective
1. lacking in knowledge or training; unlearned: an ignorant man.
2. lacking knowledge or information as to a particular subject or fact: ignorant of quantum physics.
3. uninformed; unaware.
4. due to or showing lack of knowledge or training: an ignorant statement.

-----------
This isn't about censorship. The movie exists. It hasn't been edited to suit our fragile state...it's simply a matter of the majority having spoken and that colllective voice said "We don't support giving this man any additional notoriety. We won't pay to watch his story". Buyers, in turn, chose not to pick up this film and, thus, it is not to be released in the U.S. HOWEVER, if you REALLY want to see it, it is available elsewhere, including the internet. So, censorship? No. Disgust with the moral underpinnings of a movie SPECIFICALLY about the MURDERER? Yes. If so many people were so extremely in favor of giving this film life in America, why didn't they speak up as the opposition did? Do you honestly think it would have been in Lennon's character to reward senseless violence by awarding the perpetrator of said violence the EXACT THING for which they comitted their violent act? I really don't. It's sad to me that you are, apparently, based on your reply, in favor of glamorizing this man's violence. This all comes down to a personal interpretation, though. Therefore, it's a battle which no one can "win". All that can be is done is to present the facts AS WE KNOW THEM. This is something that Heiress did not do, as she seemingly didn't know the slightest about this. I felt compelled to clear up that bit of ignorant thinking for her and hopefully spur her to rethink what she believes. Exactly as I felt compelled to correct a supervisor who claimed that marijuana and dog urine have the same chemical makeup. That's just what I do. All apologies if I have offended anyone who reads this or my previous post. But, I would have to ask, then, why? Why so angry? Let's try not to be so nasty to one another.

The Company delivered 16 episodes of television programming during the quarter, including five episodes of the dramatic new series "The Tudors," which premiered to record audiences in the U.S. on Showtime Networks, 11 episodes of three lifestyle series and five movies. Supporting "The Tudors" means supporting Peace Arch and Chapter 27

Some of the most recent comments added to the petition, to Boycott Chapter 27.
We are soon to cross the three thousand mark, lets work on 5,000 by the time we go to "visit" Peace Arch Entertainment (PAE) at the next stock-holders meeting. We encourage you to please share our link www.BoycottChapter27.org or the link below, leading directly to our petition.
Please keep in mind, if you decide to watch "The Tudors" on Showtime...You are supporting the very company that is disgracing John Lennons memory and his families wishes.

F......THE TUDORS!!!!!!!

BOYCOTT CHAPTER 27 - Petition link

2556 - Word from Sundance is that this film is AWFUL. I hope that Leto and Lohan's careers are forever ruined for doing this horrible film.

2557 - I choose to respect John's widow and friends! Why can't others? OOo that's right.. monies involved!

2558- This is an utter disgrace to everyone who ever bobbed their heads to his musik, cryed their tears or sorrow & joy when they heard all you need is love, & how could she do that do Sean this whole movie is unforgettable to Yoko & Sean, Julian, Paul, Ringo, May Pang...etc Please do not allow this to aire. If anything please do not advertise & maybe out of 1,000,000 people only 500,000 get a chance to view it. This is horrible. regards, with respect Yoko & Sean.

2559 - While i sign this petition and most certainly will not see this movie, i just want to make it clear that i don't agree with the notion that this production company should be put out of business. this is america. the company has a right to distribute whatever material they see fit no matter how tasteless and disrespectful it is. and while this movie undoubtedly is those things, the company still has the right to distribute it. and so i will boycott this movie, not to spite the actors or the company that produced it, but because of my personal desire to adhere to the requests of paul mccarney and yoko ono

2560 - What happened to never speaking his name per the family's request?

2561- Don't give the murderer the fame he wanted!

2562- The release of this film fullfills the dreams of a evil murderer, and spits on the memory of Lennon, a truly amazing human being. This movie should not be released.

The random complaint generator for Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27

Unless you want to accumulate a long list of examples of Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's acts of corruption and depredation, this letter may become a bit monotonous. However, I honestly do hope you read it all the way through because anger is contagious. So, without further ado, I present you with this all-important piece of information: The gloss that Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's thralls put on Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's op-ed pieces unfortunately does little to kick butt and take names. Even though Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 gives flattering titles to its natural distempers, Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's opinion is that it's perfectly safe to drink and drive. Of course, opinions are like sphincters: we all have them. So let me tell you my opinion. My opinion is that in asserting that rambunctious sybarites should be fêted at wine-and-cheese fund-raisers, it demonstrates an astounding narrowness of vision. If Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 believes that coercion in the name of liberty is a valid use of state power, then it's obvious why it thinks that people are pawns to be used and manipulated. In a recent essay, Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 stated that its statements provide a liberating insight into life, the universe, and everything. Since the arguments it made in the rest of its essay are based in part on that assumption, it should be aware that it just isn't true. Not only that, but I would certainly like to comment on its attempt to associate cynicism with antidisestablishmentarianism. There is no association. Jared Leto and Lindsey Lohan are the finest examples of Hollywood scum. Just thought I might ad that to further insight clueless teenagers planning on supporting their heroes as they continue to help the cause of John Lennons killer. This happens to be a great keyword generator by the way. Kudos the creator of the random complaint generator.

It is quite true, of course, that Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's actions are way off base. But pauperism has served as the justification for the butchering, torture, and enslavement of more people than any other "ism". That's why it's Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's favorite; it makes it easy for it to break down traditional values.

Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 is a tremendous deadweight on our will and morale. You may have detected a hint of sarcasm in the way I phrased that last statement, but I assure you that I am not exaggerating the situation. When asked to mend its ways, Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 will give people a wink and a smile, but when the wheels begin to turn, it's business as usual. I challenge all of the obscene crooks out there to consider this: Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 has been known to say that there's no difference between normal people like you and me and deluded, prodigal soi-disant do-gooders of one sort or another. That notion is so reckless, I hardly know where to begin refuting it.

Some people assert that there is something besotted about Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's shabby mendacity and sneaking duplicity. Others insist that Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's modus operandi is to tell us how to live, what to say, what to think, what to know, and -- most importantly -- what not to know. In the interest of clearing up the confusion, I'll make the following observation: Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 leaves me no choice but to serve as a human shield for its bombardments. Think about it, and I'm sure you'll agree with me. I may be beating a dead horse here, but I do want to point out that if I have a bias, it is only against shabby carousers who wiretap all of our telephones and computers. "What's that?", I hear you ask. "Is it true that Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's position that its coalition of pretentious Philistines and simple-minded, headlong conspiracy theorists is looking out for our interests is based upon a specious argument without any substantive basis?" Why, yes, it is.

When we condemn Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27's hypocrisy, we are not only threading our way through a maze of competing interests; we are weaving the very pattern of our social fabric. Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 dreams of a time when they'll be free to allow federally funded research to mushroom into a longiloquent, grossly inefficient system, hampered by abominable stirrers and irritating, revolting cretins. That's the way it's planned it, and that's the way it'll happen -- not may happen, but will happen -- if we don't interfere, if we don't eschew disaffected nonrepresentationalism. Nonetheless, only the impartial and unimpassioned mind will even consider that statements like, "We can see the damage that is done when Peace Arch Entertainment and Chapter 27 tries to tell everyone else what to do" accurately express the feelings of most of us here. Sorry for babbling so much, but I am appalled that I have cause to write this article.

and more about Ms. Lindsey "Fire Crotch" Lohan

Doesn't anyone get the point? It doesn't matter for squat that Ms. Lindsey Lohan's argument is invalid. What's far more relevant is that Lohan exists in a state of intellectual hibernation. With this letter, I hope to tell Lohan what we all think of her -- and boy, do I have some choice words I'd like to use. But first, I would like to make the following introductory remark: Statements like, "I, hardheaded cynic that I am, can hardly believe how in this day and age, devious dissemblers are allowed to make life less pleasant for us" accurately express the feelings of most of us here. By her standards, if you have morals, believe that character counts, and actually raise your own children -- let alone teach them to be morally fit -- you're definitely a sententious temperamental-type. My standards -- and I suspect yours as well -- are quite different from Lohan's. For instance, I surely aver that I'm not very conversant with her background. To be quite frank, I don't care to be. I already know enough to state with confidence that Lohan's merciless, catty squibs provoke terrible, total, universal, and merciless destruction. News of this deviousness must spread like wildfire if we are ever to call people to their highest and best, not accommodate them at their lowest and least. In other words, when I observe Lohan's goombahs' behavior, I can't help but recall the proverbial expression, "monkey see, monkey do". That's because, like her, they all want to accelerate the natural tendency of civilization to devolve from order to chaos, liberty to tyranny, and virtue to vice. Also, while a monkey might think that Lohan's communications epitomize wholesome family entertainment, the fact remains that she plans to open new avenues for the expression of hate. The result will be an amalgam of garrulous revanchism and deranged antidisestablishmentarianism, if such a monster can be imagined.

Although Lohan is ever learning, she is never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. The truth, in this context, is that Lohan says that human life is expendable. That's her unvarying story, and it's a lie: an extremely ill-bred and self-deceiving lie. Unfortunately, it's a lie that is accepted unquestioningly, uncritically, by Lohan's sympathizers. Despite her evident lack of grounding in what she's talking about, she wants to trivialize the issue. What's wrong with that? What's wrong is Lohan's gossamer grasp of reality. Because of Lohan's jeremiads, our schools simply do not teach the basics anymore. Instead, they preach the theology of brusque irreligionism. Lohan insists that commercialism is the only alternative to hooliganism. This is a rather strong notion from someone who knows so little about the subject.

If Lohan had her way, schools would teach students that the sun rises just for her. This is not education but indoctrination. It prevents students from learning about how there's a time to keep silent and a time to speak. There's a time to love and a time to hate. There's a time for war and a time for peace. And, I suspect, there's a time to illustrate the virtues that Lohan lacks -- courage, truthfulness, courtesy, honesty, diligence, chivalry, loyalty, and industry. Or, to put it less poetically, Lohan seems to have recently added the word "epididymodeferentectomy" to her otherwise simplistic vocabulary. I suppose she intends to use big words like that to obscure the fact that if we contradict her, we are labelled pea-brained fussbudgets. If we capitulate, however, we forfeit our freedoms. If nothing else, Lohan's opinions have created a hypersensitive, insensate universe devoid of logic and evidence. Only within this universe does it make sense to say that everyone who doesn't share Lohan's beliefs is an indelicate half-wit deserving of death and damnation. Only within this universe does it make sense to replace discourse and open dialogue with sexist machinations and blatant ugliness. And, only if we get my message about Lohan out to the world can we destroy this stubborn universe of Lohan's and stand uncompromised in a world that's on the brink of Lohan-induced disaster and encourage others to do the same. Our goal must now be to create and nurture a true spirit of community. If you believe that that's a worthwhile goal, then I can unquestionably use your help. Let me hear from you.

Chapter 27 - Peace Arch - Negative earnings, negative profit margin, negative operating margin

Good investment article on the Entertainment industry, love the analysis of Peace Arch Entertainment (the producers of Chapter 27 - The John Lennon MURDER film)

The entertainment business has always been considered recession proof. During the hot summers, families would prefer to pay for movie tickets and sit in an air conditioned theater, than to run the air conditioner at home.

Teenagers will always be able to scrape together enough money for movie dates. Many thought that pay-per-view and video-on-demand would replace movie theaters, but they didn’t. Not even the internet has replaced theaters. Smash hit movies have continued to bring in hundreds of millions of dollars. This review is focusing on more of the pure plays in movie theaters and motion picture production.

The large entertainment companies, such as Disney (DIS), have been left out [but will be covered in a future article] because they are involved in many other areas besides movie production. Many of these stocks may be box office flops, but hopefully you can find a blockbuster.

Regal Entertainment Group (RGC): The company, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange, owns Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theaters, and Edwards Theaters, which includes over 6400 screens throughout the United States. The yield of 5.8% is nice and the return on equity is an extremely high 2241%, but be careful. Quarterly earnings and quarterly revenues have been in a downtrend. Because of the company’s huge amount of debt, the stock has a negative book value. The dividend payout is twice the amount of earnings.

DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc. (DWA): This company, of Shrek fame, is the largest independent developer of animated feature length films, of which it's produced over a dozen. The company was founded in 1994 by Steven Spielberg, Jeffrey Katzenberg and David Geffen. Their blockbuster Shrek won the first-ever Academy Award® for Best Animated Feature Film and Shrek 2 was the highest-grossing animated film of all time. The P/E ratio is very high at 195, and so is the P/S at 7.5. Quarterly revenue growth was up over 18%.

Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (LGF): This Santa Monica, California based company, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange, produces its own motion pictures and also purchases motion pictures from outside production companies. It is also involved in television programming. Although the P/E is a little high at 30, the return on equity is 26%, and the year over year quarterly earnings growth was 551%.

Carmike Cinemas Inc. (CKEC): This company operates almost 2500 screens throughout the U.S., with penetration in the rural and smaller city markets. Pays a dividend yield of 3.1%, however, the earnings are negative. The P/S is a very favorable .58.

Genius Products, Inc. (GNPI.OB): Another Santa Monica based company, it produces, licenses, and distributes motion pictures and television programs on DVDs. P/E is a very low 4.95, P/S is 1.3. Quarterly revenue growth is 113%.

Image Entertainment Inc. (DISK): The company produces and purchases movies, television shows and other entertainment content for distribution on DVD. Negative earnings, reasonable P/S of .66, quarterly revenues have been dropping.

Peace Arch Entertainment Group Inc. (PAE): This Canadian based company, which trades on the American Stock Exchange, purchases and acquires medium and low budget films which it distributes worldwide. Negative earnings, negative profit margin, negative operating margin.
(WOW - The boys involved in Chapter 27 look great in this one...LOL)

Why boycott Chapter 27, other movies glorify death.

This is a well thought out post from IMDB. Wanted to put it out here, as it sums up most of our feelings as to why Chapter 27 is such a bad idea:

His family DIDN'T want this movie to be made. Sean Lennon has come forth saying he's lost respect for and is angry at Lohan, who has (had?) been his friend for doing it, and has labeled the film as "tacky". I'd put more weight in that, as someone who'd lost his father before his 6th birthday should be respected.

As for the list of movies you provide, they do not show the 'murderer's perspective' as the main focus. 'Bobby' is a terrible example to be used in comparison, seeing as how it glorified Bobby, not Sirhan B. Sirhan. The person playing Sirhan was onscreen for less than ten seconds showing his entrance into the hotel, then for about ten more when they showed the assassination. 'Pearl Harbor', though it was an absolute stinker of a film, showed the American soldier's perspective, and the reaction and tragedy of the events. As for the 9/11 movie, I thought it was terrible to do, especially since you KNEW it was for cash. The smoke from Ground Zero had been barely snuffed out by the time they made it. THAT was disgusting, and I never plan on seeing it.

Chapter 27, from every single review I've heard of it through the words of people who'd watched it's premiere at Sundance all say the same thing; it's crap. The performances are good they've said, but the movie as a whole does nothing. To connect a great man to a movie using JUST his killer as the main focus is wrong to me.

My own comparison, to you, is this: what if someone extremely close to you-- your mother, husband, wife, etc.-- was murdered by a serial killer, and despite your protests to "never speak the murderer's name" (as Yoko, McCartney and those close to John had requested) and your not wanting the film to be made of your mother's death, they went and did it anyways? And not just that, but they decided to set up filming *in front of your home* to film it? Absolute disrespect.

Respect the wishes of John's family. They did NOT want this movie to be made.

"You're being an idiot; don't do that," -Elijah Wood to Sean Astin

Moral Questions regarding PAE's investment PR-Firm..Chapter 27 Karma

Chose the same firm to represent it in matters of public relations as did a handful or two of other unfortunate companies.

IVSR.PK...

Said representative co sold out to what is now urhg.pk..and urhg mgmt demanded top level resignations of previous mgmt..AND...many of former IVSR Investsource clients have seen their shares surge in volume but not price since mid-december...

It looks like naked shorting with marketmaker/specialist failure to report trades 'in a timely manner'....

It looks like a conspiracy.

TTCH.PK in particular has been hammered by what appears to be naked shorts having traded several times float in preceeding weeks....'someone'is counterfeiting TTCH shares while backlog grows and grows....

It's only a matter of time.

Popcorn offers a quick update on Chapter 27

Good little recap surrounding the current attempts by Peace Arch Entertainment to achieve a distribution deal for Chapter 27. Be sure to keep the press on, in earlier posts we have most of the corporate addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses for the Peace Arch executives. Let them know how you feel about Chapter 27 and the fact that they are spitting on John Lennons grave.

“Chapter 27,” the controversial film starring Lindsey Lohan and Jared Leto as MDC, the man who gunned down former Beatle John Lennon in front of his New York home in 1980, joins “Hound Dog” as a Sundance Film Festival flick that has yet to snag studio distribution willing to put the film in theaters..

“Chapter,” has reportedly ended the friendship between star Lindsey Lohan and J.L’s son Sean Lennon:

“Lindsay was my friend. I don’t want to hurt her feelings by talking about it in public, but I think it’s a bit of a tacky idea,” the younger Lennon told “The Insider.”

The film is being threatened with a boycott if it ever does reach theaters.

An online petition has more than two thousand signatures (up over 2300!!!) from John Lennon fans pledging not to see the film:

It fulfills Chapman’s own prophecy of becoming famous through murdering Lennon,” the petition says.

“I think it’s nonsense,” executive producer John Flock told New York City gossip mongers Rush and Molloy of the boycott. “The people who are calling for a boycott more likely than not haven’t seen it. It’s not a sympathetic portrayal (we are about to post some clips of Chapter 27 and clearly it humanizes the killer with a very sympathetic portrayal) . He comes off as a monster in the end.

“And I think it was the single best individual performance at Sundance. I think he’s going to be nominated for an Academy Award.”

He also claims that distributors are “swarming.” (yeah, i bet..FLIES ON SHIT!!!)

Love-making gets green light from adult stores

Misty Harris, CanWest News Service

Pleasure the planet ... but please don't smoke after

or

Planet-friendly love-making will make others green with envy

or

- - -

You've heard of green cars, green tourism and green weddings. Now Canadians should ready themselves for green sex.

For those who like to make love to the soundtrack of the global warming documentary An Inconvenient Truth, Greenpeace has released a list of strategies for "getting it on for the good of the planet," suggesting "you can be a bomb in bed without nuking the planet." TreeHugger, an online magazine edited by Ontario's Michael Graham Richard, has just published a guide on "how to green your sex life." The famed adult store Good Vibrations announced last week they would no longer sell sex toys containing phthalates, controversial chemical plasticizers believed by some to be hazardous to humans and the environment alike.

And throughout Canada and the U.S., people who want to pleasure the planet can now buy everything from bamboo bed sheets to organic lubricant and "eco-undies."

"Green living is getting sexy," says Jacob Gordon, author of TreeHugger.com's recent green guide for the bedroom.

"Even a year ago, people wouldn't have been nearly as receptive to this kind of thing. ... But, as the importance of living green gains traction in our culture, people are willing to take things like that a lot more seriously."

Most environmentalists will agree the mainstream success of the Al Gore vehicle An Inconvenient Truth has helped give climate change the pop-culture sheen it's currently enjoying. Indeed, global warming is a cause to which everyone from Diesel apparel to Vanity Fair magazine and Starbucks are pinning their marketing efforts.

And if shopping to save the planet is trendy, having sex to clear your conscience is at the cutting edge.

"It feels like people are just waking up to the fact the planet is suffering under our uses of it," says Rebecca Denk, business manager for the adult toy store Babeland. The U.S. company, which sells to Canadians via Babeland.com, just introduced an "Eco-Sexy Kit" featuring a phthalate-free vibrator, soy massage candle, a natural lubricant with no animal-testing or derivatives, and condoms.

"We have to look at every piece of our lives, including our sexuality, and ask: How is this healthy for me, and how is this healthy for the planet?" says Denk. "Hopefully, we're all becoming better global citizens."

Other ways of "greenwashing" the bedroom, as outlined by TreeHugger and Greenpeace, include turning out the lights, not buying PVC or vinyl accoutrements, ensuring S&M paddles are made from sustainably harvested timber, using organic massage oils, showering together, using bamboo bed sheets (they come from a rapidly renewable resource and are said to be "super sexy"), and wearing lingerie made with renewable fibres such as hemp (Enamore), bamboo (Butta) and other organic goodness (GreenKnickers, Buenostyle, Peau Ethique).

Gordon notes there's even an eco-friendly adult website dedicated to naked vegetarians, appropriately called Veg Porn.

Camille Labchuk, speaking on behalf of the Green Party of Canada, gives the movement two green thumbs-up.

"The general concern for trying to live lightly on our planet has transferred into all areas of people's lives," says Labchuk, the Green party's press secretary. "So, even though what goes on in our bedrooms as a nation is somewhat hidden, we know that's somewhere people want to green-up."

A strange request from Boycott Chapter 27

I would like to make a suggestion that may sounds rather odd coming from someone who opposes "Chapter 27" and is looking for the failure of Peace Arch Entertainment (PAE). I believe that if we want to be heard and want to stop Peace Arch Entertainment that you should call your broker and purchase 1 share of stock symbol "PAE". This is the ticker symbol for Peace Arch Entertainment, the producers of Chapter 27. A Canadian company traded on the AMEX stock exchange.

Why you ask, Would I suggest that?

The answer is simple, by becoming a shareholder of Peace Arch, you will be entitled to join me in meeting with the management of this company at their next shareholders meeting. By SEC regulation the company will be required to invite you and allow you to attend this upcoming meeting and voice your opinion regarding the future of this company.
The stock of Peace Arch (PAE) trades at a whopping $1.15 a share (probably more than its worth), but none the less for this amount (plus any commission), you will have every right to voice your opinion to this sorry companies management.

Please purchase your 1 share and join me in attendance at the next shareholders meeting of the company that looks to desecrate the memory of John Lennon and add to the fame of his murderer.
Remember John, not his Killer.

Please voice your opinion and join our fight against Peace Arch and Chapter 27

IMAGINE PEACE!!!!

PLEASE READ AND SIGN OUR PETITION!!!
We will be presenting a copy to the company at the next shareholders meeting.

A quick thanks to our friends at GO2CLOSING.com for supporting our cause.

How Chapter 27 will kill Peace Arch Entertainment.

You may never read this story in the Wall Street Journal and it will not likely become a case study at Harvard Business School, but over the course of the next few week, we will begin to document how one immoral decision can destroy an organization. The decision by John Flock and Peace Arch Entertainment to finance Chapter 27 will prove to be their undoing. There is no escaping Karma, so while the Board of Directors at Peace Arch Entertainment treat the shareholders of the company like mushrooms (kept in the dark and fed shit), the company will wither and die based on one horrible decision.
The first example of Karma and the "Chapter 27 Effect" (as we will refer to it going forward), is the fact that the two major distributors bidding for "Delirious" have disappeared, did they leave because "Delirious" was not a good film NO, they have walked away because they have decided not to do business with Peace Arch Entertainment (PAE), solely on the basis that they did not have the ethics to refrain from "Chapter 27". The feeling was that this decision was so improper that they would prefer to "Do business elsewhere".
Listed below are some quotes from John Flock - president of PAE and the man responsible for Chapter 27. Listen as he sounds so confident regarding "Delirious" (by the way Steve Buscemi is the MAN), but is not confident know as his stock price has fallen 20% since the Sundance Hype.

"We are confident that the influential audiences at Sundance will find 'Delirious' particularly worthwhile," said John Flock, President of Peace Arch Entertainment. "Tonight's premier is yet another noteworthy validation of Peach Arch's ability to produce and acquire a wide variety of top quality entertainment projects that can provide a solid return on investment."

"Delirious" will have its North American premiere tonight in Sundance's exclusive Spectrum Program, which pays tribute to the abundance of compelling voices and the creative spirit of independent filmmaking.

"Delirious" had its world premiere at the 54th Annual San Sebastian International Film Festival in Spain, where it received three sought-after prizes. Writer-director Tom DiCillo ("Living In Oblivion" "Double Whammy" "The Real Blonde") earned both the Silver Shell for Best Director and the Jury Prize for Best Screenplay, and the film also received the SIGNIS Award from the festival's global jury.

The decision to finance Chapter 27 will be this companies undoing, watch as deal continue to fall apart as they press forward with this film.

The most incredible thing about this study is the fact that Peace Arch had some legitimate potential, if they decide to bury Chapter 27, never release it on dvd, take the loss, and apologize to the fans of John Lennon, this could all go away.

Hell after a sincere apology and the destruction of Chapter 27, I would be willing to increase my holdings in Peace Arch Entertainment (I currently hold 1 share of stock, this is to ensure that I am privy to all company info. including an invitation to the annual shareholders meeting)

Not a likely scenario, but continue to watch this company fall apart, and we will be here to document every little piece.
