The Answer - The individual who would be willing to compromise his/her integrity in order to attempt to profit from the stock of Peace Arch Entertainment.
This is a losing proposition!!!!
This is a company with no moral base of operation. There is clearly nothing more important than making a dollar. (which they have not done a good job of)

This is a "penny" stock and will remain as such. Most recently the CEO was arrested for Fraud and forced to resign. This is the individual running the company, it may be true that his crimes occurred before joining Peace Arch, but this is the person that the board of directors chose to lead this misguided company.
If you fund this company by purchasing the stock, what will the funds be used for??
Whats next? Perhaps a film putting a positive spin on White Supremacists or perhaps the positive side of AIDS in the 80's. Is there no limit to what your hard earned dollars may be used for... REMEMBER JOHN, NOT HIS KILLER!!

CEO of Peace Arch arrested for Fraud. Gary Howsam FORCED to resign!!!

The Toronto entertainment-content developer and distributor, said Gary Howsam voluntarily resigned as chief executive officer and a director. On Nov. 6, the company said in a statement that Howsam had been placed on administrative leave after he was arrested Nov. 5 "in connection with a U.S. federal investigation into certain transactions" between him and Comerica Bank before he joined Peace Arch in 2003. That statement also said Peace Arch was not a party to the investigation. And it said the board had named Co-Chairman Jeff Sagansky to the post of interim CEO.

We have been contacted by many of the loyal reader of our Boycott Chapter 27 blog regarding the recent announcement by John Flock of Peace Arch Entertainment, that Chapter 27 will be released in US theaters. The recent press release claims that Chapter 27 (the film that glorifies the killer of John Lennon) will be released in March of 2008, a full 2 years after it had been completed. Many of our readers are of course very disturbed by this news and initially so were we. After reviewing the situation, we have decided that this will most likely only to serve as a huge financial catastrophe for Peace Arch. Keep in mind, just because the company has made the heartless decision to attempt to have Chapter 27 shown in theaters, it does not mean people will decide to spend their hard earned dollars to see this piece of Jared Leto and Lindsey Lohan crap. It only means that Peace Arch will spend its shareholders money attempting to convince theater owners to show the Chapter 27 trailers in hopes of generating interest. This move with undoubtedly destroy this company. The curse of Chapter 27 will go beyond Schaefer, Leto, and Lohan, it will extend to Peace Arch management and eventually the shareholders of PAE. After all these are the people ultimately responsible for the desecration of John Lennons grave.

The Zurich Film Festival marked the picture's European festival premiere.

In April 07 a Canadian film company is planning the release of a major film in the United States and around the World. This film glorifies the murder of a true hero of peace, at a time when the world could truly use his leadership and wisdom.
